“Ordered for a 90th birthday. Requested delivery on 11/6. Altho they said would use their courier they actually used roysl mail. An attempt to deliver was made LATE afternoon but because the lady was on her own and not mobile they didnt wait!!! They eventually delivered the following day in late afternoon by which time the flowers were limp and lifeless. So will never use again.”

Thank you so much for your review. We can see that you placed this order online and selected our Royal Mail Tracked service, which is a 1-2 day delivery service. If a guaranteed delivery on a specific day is needed, our courier upgrade option is available at checkout for an additional fee. We can see that a delivery was attempted, but unfortunately there was no answer at the time. We're sorry the recipient wasn't able to get to the door before the postie left! The good news is that the gift was successfully delivered the following day, which is still within our delivery timeframes.
