“I ordered.a bunch of freesias to take to a friend’s party and the flowers were beautiful. Still in bud , long strong stems and big sprays of fjfferent coloured flowers.when they ole ed they had the most beautiful perfume. Arrived well packed and promo delivery. Whenever I need flowers for myself if as a gift I choose Bunches.”

“I have used Bunches over many years, the Flowers are excellent as are their Plants in truth I have sent Azaleas, which are classed as House Plants, to people in the South of England and I have also received these myself all of which have been put in the garden and are still alive and well after a few or more years. The Staff at Bunches are also professional, polite and helpful although the Internet is widely used if one phones them it is always a pleasure to speak to them, An excellent Comany.”

“Ordered mon evening, flowers arrived wed eob. The bouqet did not look anything like the photo. Half a size smaller and not much greenery, only flowers with their original leaves. Disappointed.”

We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite meet your expectations on arrival. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging once it arrives, and given a day or two to open up and bloom — at which point it should look just like the image on our website. “The website was easy to navigate and the flowers were delivered on the date requested. The website indicated that we would receive an email with a link to track progress of the order but no such notification occurred. This may have been because we had placed in the order from Australia rather than in the UK. None the less we were completely satisified with the outcome. ( Pleae not some of the questions in the survey could not be answered due to lack of information)”
