“It is understandable that it is impossible to guarantee a delivery date when working with Royal Mail, but you could at least take this into account and make sure the flowers are prepared for possible postal delays. Unfortunately, the flowers that were delivered to my mum were not wrapped in anything moist and were very dry by the time they arrived (a day late). I’m not very happy with this.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the gift arrived earlier than you would have liked. Having looked into this we can see you requested the order to be delivered on the 8th March, which was the week earlier than Mother's Day. Our flowers do arrive in bud and would therefore be smaller on arrival until they have time to bloom. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused.
