“Can't fault Bunches' communications. The flowers (carnation bunch) were delivered on the requested date and are still in bloom after two weeks! One star has been deducted because some of the buds were broken off when the package was opened. As usual, they were limp when received but they recovered quickly and the flowers soon opened! Recommended!”

“Another beautiful bouquet. I ordered theses for my daughter as a surprise and it was only after they were tagged as delivered I checked with her to see if they were ok. When she said that she hadn't received them I was a bit worried but she looked outside and found them in her bin! If I hadn't have checked with her they would have been wasted. There was someone in all day but the postman didn't ring the bell and didn't leave a card to say where they were. I have put in a complaint with Royal Mail but haven't heard anything from them yet except to say they have my complaint. They really let your company down on this occasion.”
