“I have used Bunches for flowers and plants for years now and find them very good quality. When once I had a problem with a bunch of flowers they dealt with it quickly and sent out replacement flowers. I can't fault them”

“The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they cedrtainly looked beautiful. Sadly, i have to add that although I paid extra for a chosen date of delivery the flowers did not arrive until the following day.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I can only comment that the delivery arrived on time and my friend was delighted with them. I personally haven't seen the flowers but my friend was very happy with them. She said they are her favourite flowers (freesias).”

“Have used Bunches for many years. Rarely had any problems or issues with this company. On the odd occasion a problem has arisen the staff have been extremely helpful and resolved the issue efficiently nd speedily. Web site is easy to navigate and very user friendly.
