“The flowers were lovely. I didn’t get a confirmation email of my order. No updates. No confirmation of delivery - only when my sister messaged and thanked us. I’ve used bunches in the past and stopped because of a problem. I went back to give another chance. I use a competitor and I’m kept up to date with my order”

“I have sent and received Bunches bouquets. The delivery is excellent and has always been on the day requested. The bouquets i have received have been securely packed, not dryed out, fresh flowers and have lasted 2 weeks. Definately reccomend.”

“The flowers were nice but the service was broken. The flowers turned up without the card and message I wrote. There was a QR code, but when scanned it said 'page not found'. It is also advertised as next day delivery but turned up 2 days later than it said when I was at the checkout. I would use this service again if these issues are fixed.”
