“Bought flowers specifically sold as mothersday flowers, paying a premium specifying the Sunday for arrival. They arrived the day after mother's day, and was told I conveniently fitted in the 5% of those who fell outside of delivery....”

“Paid extra for it to be delivered on Mother’s day but when I got a delivery email I found out they had used Royal Mail which do not deliver on Sundays. The parcel arrived later Monday afternoon. I ordered it Thursday morning. They had no intention of delivering the parcel on Mother’s Day otherwise they would not be using Royal Mail. I wrote to complain about this and didn’t get a response back. False advertised to scam people out of more money. You didn’t deliver a service which you promised and therefore I should get a refund on my delivery charges. I wont be using again.”

“This was the first time I’d used Bunches, having normally used a competitor. The delivery arrived on time (Mother’s Day) which I was very pleased with, but when my mum sent me a picture of the bunch I have to admit I was disappointed. It was not accurate to the online photo, one less rose than stated so only two in the whole bunch, and a lot of the cheaper filler greenery padding it out. For £42 it was a bit underwhelming and although my mum thought they were lovely, I had hoped for more wow factor.”

“The flowers were nice but I paid a premium for Mother's Day delivery and they were delivered the day after. I know the small print says that Bunches can't guarantee delivery on Mother's Day but if they increase delivery charges for the day, they're clearly profiteering from the increased demand. I'm disappointed in Bunches, and I'm sure they'll be disappointed to lose a customer but I won't take a chance on them again.”

“Bought a bouquet for my mum for Mother’s Day, and she loved them! They arrived right on time, and came with clear instructions for her to follow. They were very well packaged, and most importantly, the flowers themselves look gorgeous. I truly recommend Bunches for anybody wanting to send flowers to a loved one!”
