“Just discovered bunches and I will definitely use them again to sent flowers and a birthday card to my friends and family. Easy to use website & good choice of bouquets to send. Flowers were beautiful when arrived and my relative was thrilled with them & sent me a message & a photo of the flowers to say how delighted she was with them. Delivery was prompt. It was nice to be able to send a personalised birthday card too, for a small additional price, with a good choice of small, medium or large cards. Very pleased.”

“Arrived on time and cards were lovely. However on the florists pick I felt the flowers were fresh but lacking any wow factor and were very sparse, use of cheap flowers, especially after considering I spent nearly £60 for two sets of flowers. I hope you can do better for others Bunches.”

“I was extremely disappointed in these flowers there was about £10 worth of flowers in a £22 bunch they paid delivery I was £26 all in not worth the money never used Bunches before and I wouldn’t use them again”

We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite meet your expectations on arrival. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging once it arrives, and given a day or two to open up and bloom — at which point it should look just like the image on our website. “I am really impressed - ordering was easy, the flowers were delivered the next day and it was a lovely bunch (irises and freesias) - in bud on delivery and now blooming brilliantly. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again in the future. Thank you for saving my disorganised bacon (hence the need for next day delivery)!”
