“I have been using bunches for years and have always been very pleased. This time I was disappointed but I don't think it was necessarily the fault of bunches. I had 2 orders and both were late being delivered. One, only a day late as it was sent to the wrong delivery centre and the other 3 days late but it was going to the Isle of Man. However ,not good.”

“Normally I would have given a 5 star review as I've been ordering for many years without a problem. However this last time I ordered letterbox flowers for the first time as I knew my daighter would not be in on her birthday so would find on returning in the evening . Unfortunately the flowers were not posted thru the letter box but given to a neighbour. My daughter received them 3 days later! The flowers were wilting by then. So disappointment all round.”

“I often wonder if the flowers are as nice as they look. I recently sent a friend a bunch and she sent me a photo. The flowers were yellow and not blue and white as I ordered. I wasn’t actually impressed with them. Sad, because I usually use this company but have doubts for future ordering.”
