“THE RECIPIENTS OF THE FLOWERS WERE MY LOVELY AUNT AND UNCLE IN SCOTLAND. MY UNCLE HAD JUST LOST HIS BROTHER, SO I SENT THEM AS SYMPATHY FLOWERS. THEY ARRIVED IN THE EARLY EVENING OF THE SPECIFIED DAY. AND MY AUNT SAID THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL. A LOVELY BUNCH, AND NOT SPARSE OR CHEAP LOOKING. SHE SENT ME A PHOTO, AND I WAS PLEASED TOO.”

“I was so disappointed as the order as a birthday gift did not turn up until 7pm in the evening. When I contacted bunches to share this they simply replied that this was standard and to be expected.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're very sorry your birthday gift arrived so late in the day. We know how much it matters for a gift to arrive in good time on a special occasion. Our couriers deliver until 7:30pm, so we're unable to guarantee a specific time. That said, we're sorry if our earlier reply came across as dismissive, as that was never our intention. Kind Regards Bunches

“I have booked twice with Bunches as they are a local company and family run. The website is REALLY easy to use which is the main reason I came back to them. The flowers arrived well and on time. Thank you Bunches!”
