“Really disappointed. I ordered a bouquet for my mums 60th Birthday and they arrived with flowers missing (the blue thistles) and broken eucalyptus branches. In all she ended up with a bouquet of white flowers, which I could have just picked her up from a shop. I've emailed them, sending picture and still haven't heard anything back.”
