“Overall disappointed with M&S. I paid over £5 for a delivery to be made the day following my order. The reality was the delivery was made over two days later. Money under false pretences ! Weather I will use M&S again in the future is debatable. The service was not good and doesn’t do your image any favours . At the very least I feel justified in asking for a reimbursement of the delivery charge .I look forward to your response”

“In addition to their beautiful flowers, the choice of hampers is good. I chose the cheese hamper as a gift for my sister. The items arrived well packed, and have proved to be very tasty. I chose a specific delivery date based on when I knew they would be home, but the hamper was delivered two days early. On this occasion it was not a problem as someone was there to take the hamper in. But if they had been away for the weekend as planned, this might been a problem, especially for food items.”

“I have used Bunches a few times now and I am very happy with my experience of using them. The cost is reasonable and most of the time there is a discount I have purchased flowers and plants which were all beautiful and they match the description You automatically get a free gift card but can purchase different gift cards and additional gifts. I am kept informed of the delivery process I don't use any other company since I made my first purchase from Brunches and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends”

“I've never used any other florist apart from Bunches. Because they've also produce, packed and delivered good quality flowers. My recipients have always been happy and have deeply liked what they've received. There has only ever been one occasion, a while ago, where an order hadn't been satisfactory (Damaged Flowers) but, that was the fault of the courier and after a small complaint, you stepped in and replaced them and responseded within 24 hours, so I kindly thank you and hence why I've continued to use bunches . Thank you for a great service...”

“Flowers usual high quality, and delivered on time. However, odering was more of a problem. Previously,as soon as i entered th rceipnts name, the rest of When it changed to Fying Flowers I had to entered all details again , which was not always straightforward. I hope that in future autofill is re-instated.”
