Flowers delivered at 8:10pm. Way too late in the day for a birthday gift. Contacted Bunches, received a very curt, generic reply. Won’t be using again

The bouquet arrived in very tired condition and although some of the flowers revived for a couple of days most did not and all had died within four days. I bought the flowers for a photoshoot because I loved the colours and thought the largest size would give me an armful but it was quite a modest bouquet. The weather has been very hot so perhaps the journey was too much. What a shame I loved the artistic style of the bouquet and would love to have posted professional photos with rave reviews.

Our flowers are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 24 hours but unfortunately isn't a guaranteed service. In a small number of cases, deliveries can arrive the next working day after your selected date as explained in our delivery terms. I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend for her 90th birthday unfortunately they did not arrive on the day which was most dissapointing as I ordered them a week in advance.

The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers the day they arrived to thank me. I felt disappointed, as there did not seem to be such a full bouquet as in your photo. The quality of the flowers looked very good but seemed sparse.

Flowers arrived on time but were left outside the front door in the midday sun on an extremely hot day (not in the designated safe place as stated). Flowers looked jaded but picked up and the bunch was much smaller than expected. Not what I had wished for as a birthday surprise.

The order did not arrive on the delivery date and was received at the end of the following day. The flowers were not in good condition, which is unusual for Bunches as previous orders have always been excellent.

Ordering flowers for my son was easy—adding a card and checkout worked flawlessly, and delivery arrived as promised. Unfortunately, the bouquet was a total disappointment and looked nothing like the picture. Very unhappy with the final product.

Sadly I was disappointed when I received these flowers ready to give as a gift. Although the flowers were very well-packaged and arrived on time, the bunch was incredibly small and I had essentially spent £25 on a bouquet I could of got for £6 in a supermarket had I the time to get there. Massively overpriced for the size and variety of flowers in the bouquet. Would not shop again.

I ordered these flowers to be delivered to my friend that live 100s of miles away so i ordered these on Sunday night to be delivered on the Thursday however not being told until my friend received them on Friday this is now 2nd time this has happened and not turned up when I’ve requested them too 🥺

The flowers are a lot more expensive than they used to be and when they arrived I was disappointed that the bunch looked smaller than in the photo on the website.

Once placed in water with the flower food provided, they should open and fill out over the next day or two. The Thankyou card was not included with flowers so my daughter in law didn’t know who had sent them so they had to ring round to find out. The flowers were ok but very disappointed the card was missing

I was very disappointed at my recent purchase. It was meant to be a large bouquet and there were 7 flowers in the delivery. It was for my mothers 80th birthday, so had to go to a florist and buy others to make it look like any sense. I have ordered on other occasions from you, and was pleased with service and the flowers the recipients received, but I am afraid certainly not this time. I do not live on the mainland so found it a nice way to get flowers to family and friends on special occasions, but I will be concerned of doing this in future with yourselves.
