Did not look anythimg like picture on web site not worth the money felt embarassed giving them to wife for anniversary could have got them from sainsburys for quarter of the price.

Thank you for your review. The bouquet you selected isn't from our hand-tied range and needs to be arranged on arrival. It also requires a little time to bloom fully before it will resemble our online image. We recommend following the care instructions provided - simply trim the stems and pop them in a vase of fresh water, and you should see your blooms unfurl over the next few days. I recently ordered two flower arrangements from Bunches to arrive on the same day at different locations, both in London boroughs. One did not arrive on the arranged day and following the tracking, ended up in Cardiff instead of in London. I emailed to that effect. The flowers that arrived were tired and certainly not worth what I had paid for them. There was no apology for this or offer to resend others. I shan't use Bunches again.

Unfortunately the bouquet was really sparse compared to the photos. I also didn’t get a tracking link on the day of delivery as noted in the confirmation email :(

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right at all. I would not order flowers here again. The pictures shown on the website do not match the order at all in terms of quantity and are therefore totally misleading. However, the flowers themselves look beautiful.

I sent these flowers from your company as I couldn't order through M&S. They arrived a day later than advised. I will be returning to M&S as I was very disappointed with the amount and the quality of the flowers.

Paid £30 for aa bunch of flowers for my wifes birthday, when she opened them in the small flat box I could not beleive it, she had to add some extra from the garden to fill the vase up otherwise they would have been flopping around in the 4" neck. Won't be using Bunches again, rip off.

My flowers and card arrived 2 days after the selected delivery date, for a birthday this isn’t really acceptable

The flowers were delivered but left on a desk and not delivered to the person. As I did not receive any confirmation from the lady who they were delivered too, I made contact the following day only to be told that she had not received. She then had to go around the building looking for the flowers which were located, however 24 hours after delivery. Not very happy with the service and wouldn't use again

When sending blooms to businesses, hospitals or schools, our courier delivers to the main reception or mail room, where they're then distributed internally. While we provide tracking information for you to follow your gift's journey, we unfortunately don't have control over the internal distribution once it reaches the building. Placed an order with a specified delevery date and delivery timeframe of t selected date or day after. Feceived order confirmation confirming delivery timeframe and selected date of delivery. Flowers failed to arrive on selected date. On the day following the tracking info showed the flowers asd being a long distance away. As they were for a birthday I rang Customer DSrvices - only to have a rather bumptious female tell em that because of the post code the flowers would take 7 days ! If that is the case then why promise delivery on selected date or day after? I then spoke to a second custoimer services operative who advised me the foirst operative was wrong and the post code was not an exemption to the de.iv ery dates. The flowers arrived late in the day following selected delivery - they looked a bit tatty. Bunches used to be really good - standards are definitely slipping

Our standard Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery does aim to deliver the day after dispatch, though occasionally it can take an extra day. I'm sorry to say that this particular letterbox bouquet was not up to the usual standard. The flowers especially the roses did not last well or looking fresh on arrival? Not sure what happened :(

Hi there, Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the flowers. I can send a photo of the delivered flowers which look nothing like the picture. Also the flowers were left in the outdoor bin!

Keeping this short, have been a customer for over 20 years and always been delighted with the flowers and so have the recipients. This time it was all very different. They arrived squashed flat which isnt Bunches fault but the floweres themselves were not as many as usual and very dissapointing. The Iris's didnt last long and the Fresias, although smelt lovely were not very attractive. Will look elsewhere before I buy again if I do. Very sad.

Flowers did not last nearly as long as promised, they were brown and shriveling up after no more than 3-4 days. Everything else was fine.
