I have used Bunches many years because of your efficiency and for the quality of your flowers. I was disappointed this time . The bouquets were overpriced for the number of blooms, and the rose stems were broken in one of the two bouquets I ordered.

Not worth the price. I could of got a much larger bouquet with more flowers from my local supermarket for the price I paid.

Very disappointed with what arrived - the look of the flowers was pitiful and overall looking nothing like the images. Very upset as it was for mothers day

Sadly, the flowers that I ordered for Mother’s Day arrived looking “dead” according to my Mother. They did revive a bit once she vased them but when I saw a photo, they did not match what I ordered and there were minimal flowers and mostly “filler”. This was my first time ordering from bunches and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I thought it was a meagre bunch of paltry looking flowers when I saw it and certainly not worth the £32 I paid for and was consequently very disappointed

after years of using your company I was very disapointed at the standard of the flowers sent this is the first time I did not feel happy for the money 3 roses ! carnation and greeniery did not come up to your usual standards

Bought the Mocha Muse bouquet with a week's notice for someone special, with added extras of Whitw Gypsophilia, "Luxury Belgian Chocolates", and a "Touche" card. Bouquets arrived as expected, and were lovely and appreciated. Never received chocolates or the "Touche" card.

The flowers arrived twenty four hours late, having been sent to the wrong sorting office. I had ordered them ten days in advance, because they were for a friend’s birthday and she had been unwell, so I particularly wanted her to enjoy them on the day.

I ordered flowers, nominated my day but pay attention because if you take the royal mail 2 standard delivery it wont arrive on time which just feels pointless to offer customers a nominated delivery date?!! Then there was the address. I added it correctly as we have the business registered but Royal Mail didn’t recognise it on this particular day so all in all a waste of £25. Flowers returned, perished. Never bothering again with this mail order flower boxes. Waste of money.

My daughter found her flowers limp & a Miniscule bunch in size, so, considering the cost for me, £27+, i found the value was low quality & not what i expected from bunches who i have used before. Sorry but only 5/10 for my daughter & I.

Pre-book a week in advance flowers for my mother in laws birthday and they were late. The tracking showed them being sent to the wrong delivery office on the day i selected delivery, when i spoke to bunches online they said they had until 7pm that evening to deliver them. They did not get to her until the next afternoon.

Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear your flowers were sparser than expected and didn't match the photo. This isn't the standard we aim for with our bouquets. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during delivery, so they may initially look different from the images on our website which show them in full bloom. After trimming the stems and placing them in water with the solution provided, they should open up over the next few days. I was really disappointed with the flowers they were a gift for my niece to cheer her up as my sister had died the flowers were a beautiful colour but died within a few days a waste of money
