“Recently ordered a bouquet for my Mother - in - Law's birthday. I ordered so that the flowers would be in bloom on her birthday, 2nd December. The flowers arrived in time but I was so disappointed to see the state they were in. I wish I could post a copy of the photo forwarded by family as they look nothing like the picture on the website. They were already droopy and half-dead on the day they arrived. Especially disappointed as we've used Bunches over many years and were planning on placing more orders for Christmas but have decided not to now.”

“i have had a number of orders before and been satisfied. unfortunately this time they didn't arrive on time and some of the flowers were wilting and didn't recover. it was a birthday gift”

“The flowers arrived on time. The recipient sent me a photo of the bunch which was of three roses and various bits of foliage. The Internet blurb had said that the bunch would contain some strands with buds so that the display would last longer. I asked the recipient to let me know if the bunch had improved after three days but the picture then sent was of a very sparse and cheap looking array. The flowers were sent to a very sick relative and I don’t think they cheered her up at all - and I felt I had not got value for money.”

“I have used Bunches for a long time and a couple of years ago they messed up a birthday gift for my mum. I thought I would give them another chance so ordered again this year and was VERY disappointed that the flowers weren't delivered until very late in the afternoon - almost a waste of time as the birthday was nearly over. VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“The flowers arrived on Monday 11 November. This was too late. Surprise spoiled. Whilst tracking order it went from you to Royal Mail, then to Edinburgh and then to Carlisle. Edinburgh is middle Scotland and on the East coast My mothers address is in South West Scotland”

“I ordered some flowers and a card for my mother in law for her birthday and was quite disappointed by the arrangement. Firstly the box arrived dented so the flowers didn't arrive in the best condition and then the arrangement looked nothing like the photo online. This was unfortunately the first and last time I will order from Bunches.”
