Flowers not in perfect condition and smelt of Mould. Lasted only5 days, Not worth the money

Unfortunately did not receive the bouquet I asked for and the flowers were lacklustre and not very colourful. Very muted colours and not the pop of colour that I wanted for this cold, dull winter

Unfortunately when my sisters birthday basket arrived; it had been turned upside down in transit and most of the soil had fallen out into the bottom of the box. She did her best to salvage the plants but they were obviously not in a good state.

Flowers arrived dry and were far from the generous bunch as pictured. Absolutely would not recommend.

Disappointed as some of the flowers were already over there best and wilting on delivery and the rest only survived 5 days

We're so sorry to hear your flowers didn't look as expected - this must have been really disappointing, especially for such a special occasion. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to ensure the longest possible vase life, so they may look a bit sleepy when they first arrive. After being trimmed and placed in fresh water with the flower food provided, they should start opening up over the next 24-48 hours. Although the flowers were beautiful, they did not arrive on day requested even though P+P was paid and the order placed 1 month before required. This is happening more and more even when registered delivery is placed.

We're so sorry your flowers didn't arrive on the requested delivery date. We completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially as you planned ahead and placed the order a month in advance. Our Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service aims to deliver the next day but sadly isn't guaranteed. In a small number of cases, it can take an extra day. While this is explained in our terms and on the calendar when placing your order, we know it doesn't make up for the late arrival on such a special occasion. We'd like to make this up to you - Could you please get in touch with our team at flowers@bunches.co.uk In the future, if you need guaranteed delivery on a specific date, we do offer a courier service which ensures delivery on your chosen date between 8am-7pm.

I recently ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. On the good side they arrived on time. However, there were very few flowers in the bunch and they were not in a new gel box. The flowers were not as advertised. I wrote a complaint email over a week ago but haven't had a response.

Ordered a card that cost extra with my flowers that i sent to my girlfriend. Card never came so she didn’t know who they were from.

Disappointed I had arranged for the delivery to be made for the 9th January, when they had not arrived I contacted customer services and was told that the company policy was that delivery would be made in 48hrs, and they flowers would be delivered on the 10th. What is the point in asking for a delivery date? Surely, it should be pointed out that when selecting a delivery date select the day before you want it to arrive so that it will arrive on the actual date.

The flowers I sent as a thank you were of food quality but nothing like the picture on the website. Not many flowers for £30 so not good value. I would have been better off buying from my supermarket but I wanted something special.

We can see that you selected the 15th January as your delivery date and we can confirm the flowers arrive on the 15th January at 10:30am and was left in a safe place as there was no answer when the postie attempted to deliver them. No complaints about the flowers, ordered on 10/1/25, but they were left on 11/1/25 on a doorstep in a road not even nearby, and taken by the occupant to my friend at the correct address late the following day. Luckily they survived. I complained to Royal Mail on 12/1/25 but have heard nothing from them. I have received and sent flowers from Bunches for years and this is the first time anything has been wrong.

My flowers were delivered to the wrong house on Xmas eve! My neighbour opens read the card which says to my little sister she thinks they are for her -I got them Xmas day unwrapped - she booked them for every month hope this doesn’t happen again!

not good, the bunch looked nothing like the one on the website, could have got a similar looking one from a petrol garage for a fiver, not worth the cost

Disappointed as the flowers were not delivered on the requested day. According to Royal Mail tracking, the flowers were out for delivery and just 3 hours later the tracking said undeliverable as the address was inaccessible. Strange that she received another parcel the same afternoon

I have been using Bunches for many years and have always been very impressed with the flowers and the good life of them, however I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered to a family ,ember who is going through a bad time as I knew these would cheer her up, unfortunately when they arrived they did not look fresh and were "half dead".

Really disappointed with the flowers. Besides the 5 'proper' carnations the rest were a couple of stems of spray carnations which I could have bought in a supermarket for £3. In fact I did buy some more to enhance the arrangement. So certainly not value for money. I haven't bothered to contact bunches _ what's the point! Will I order again- probably not.
