I was really disappointed with the flowers they were a gift for my niece to cheer her up as my sister had died the flowers were a beautiful colour but died within a few days a waste of money

Tge flowers were a day late, which was very inconvenient, as the recipient only had 2 days at home.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry your flowers were delivered a day late, especially as this meant the recipient had less time to enjoy them at home. As you may know, our standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next-day delivery but isn't guaranteed. For occasions where exact timing is crucial, we do offer a guaranteed courier delivery option for an additional fee. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused. Disappointed with how it looks in pics compared to actual arrive considering the price paid 30 for what feels like a small amount kf flowers. What there was is pretty but no as expected

Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear your flowers didn't meet your expectations. We understand it's disappointing when a gift doesn't look as expected. Our bouquets are often sent with flowers in bud to maximise their vase life and prevent damage during transit. While they might look a bit smaller or different from the photos initially, they should open up and look more full after being in water for 24-48 hours. I usually spend about £40 at Serenata , decided to hav a change after wrong day delivery dropped over gate.I expected a large well presented bouquet....I received 2 "bunches "of flowers tied together.Not a good display ready for vase...recipient has severe arthritis so hard to sort.Also water had seeped onto base of box , so giving way...postman noticed and was careful .Very disapointed.J

The flowers did not have any greenery in them which was in the description and looked nothing like the picture. Extremely small bunch and reallydisappointing. Not good value for money.

Arrived on time, pleased with that, but floerw deliverdd looked nothing like i ordered, and 3 heads missing off the flowers, so very dissapointed.

Pretty disappointed with the flowers to be honest. Have had bigger and better bouquets from other websites so unfortunately won’t be using bunches again

I had to pause my order to change my password, and then it seemed I had to begin again. the result was two orders to the same person and address. the website picked this up and gave instrucyions about what to do, but although i thought I had followed these, both orders went out to the same person and address. I should have phoned the company to help sort it out, but I was in a hurry, so foolishly didn't do so.

Ordered Valentine's Day flowers. They were dispatched to the courier (Royal Mail) on Tuesday 11th, per the tracking information. Did NOT arrive on Friday 14th, but instead Saturday 15th. After 5 days in transit the water they had been shipped in had dried up and the flowers were not in the best of health. I will not be ordering from Bunches again.

Flowers arrived on time but was very disappointed with the bunch. None of the pink roses opened, and there were less blooms than usual. Definitely not worth the money. I have been very satisfied in the past but will think twice before ordering again.

The Bouquet was much smaller than in the photo. I had ordered an extra service for personal delivery, but the delivery was Not personal. The recipient was not even buzzed, just left on the stairs.

Extremely disappointed with the flowers I received. Brought an XL bouquet for my mum and what arrived looked very flat and no more than a small bouquet you would get at Tesco. A handful of flowers were broken at the stems so had to go and some leaves looked cut up. Would hesitate to buy from bunches again.

The planted trough came with all 3 plants fallen out. I had to replant them & only 2 weeks later all the flowers hve died.
