“Selected delivery date of 23rd March and delivered on 24th March the day after my friends birthday. Customer service line supposed to close at 5pm, it closed earlier on 23rd March went straight to answer machine at 4.45pm stating opening next day. Expected flowers to be delivered in bouquet they arrived with recipient in a box so why have option of standard or letterbox they are both the same! Wrote review on Trustpilot and response was lacking, just standard wording. Bunches absolutely spoilt the birthday surprise for a 91 year old birthday. Bunches state 'trusted courier' used when fact is its Royal Mail !! All in all”

“Lovely flowers for my mum on Mother's Day. The flowers do arrive a little tired which is completely unavoidable but they revived beautifully within 24 hours and lasted for about 2 weeks!”
