“I sent a flower and food birthday surprise to my aged mother. The courier left it round the back of the house on the step in the rain. The door bell was not used or waited for an answer to deliver you can clearly see these are elderly accommodation. The gift has been ruined. It is impossible to contact or leave any message via the email parcel confirmation the links loop to nowhere I would like an apology replacement to be sent and delivered to the front door please. Check the image from the email forward you can see it's been left out down the side of the house in the rain. Parcel No. 1550 1784 038 308 R”
