“I have sent and received items from Bunches in the last 16 years or so. Always excellent hampers and long lasting flowers. The most recent flowers sent to me on Jan 20 and the last few are still blooming now on Feb 18... excellent value for money”

“Nice bouquet for my friend's 80th. She said it lasted well. Fitted through the letterbox which is always good as we don't have to worry about them arriving. Turned up on the day I had requested.”

“I ordered a beautiful yellow calla lily plant for a friend who had suffered a recent bereavement. The website was easy to use - delivery on time but she was out and the driver put the plant in a safe place and set me notification and a photo but, unfortunately didn’t put a note through the door. It wasn’t until a day later that I spoke to her - luckily the plant has survived. Notification through the door would be very helpful”

“I ordered these flowers for my friend's birthday and they arrived a day later than the booked date. What is the point of giving you good notice but you still did not deliver on time. Suggest you find a delvery company that does deliver on the correct date.”

“Saw a picture of the flowers on the day they arrived (Tuesday) and i was not impressed. I then actually saw them on Sunday Monday and Tuesday having expected them to have perked up once they were in situ but was exceedingly disappointed particularly as a relative had sent a similar bunch from another supplier whom I had used in the past and which made your bunch look droopy and second rate. The recipients live in a block of flats in a retirement village and your courier did not bother deliver them to the flat but left them in the doorstep of the main entrance to the block where fortunately another resident found them by chance and kindly delivered them I will not use your company again.”

“The flowers were delivered on time for a friend's birthday. However the photos she sent me of the flowers did not match the photos on the website and I was disappointed with them. I ordered the large bunch of tulips but the flowers although still in bud seemed very small.”

“The recipient of the flowers sent two photographs and sent them to me. The first was just after they arrived when most of them were still in bud. A further photograph was sent today with them in full bloom. They look beautiful and recipient is very happy with them. Very happy customer and will definitely use your company in the future.”
