“A gift so I didn't see them but recipient said they were very fresh. Only comment was from post man who said the letterbox flowers are always too big for standard letterboxes”

“Very disappointed with the flowers. They were for a friend who had just left hospital. The flowers at Morrisons supermarket are much better quality and cheaper.”

“My daughter has just telephoned me to say that a beautiful "Strawberry Swirl" bouquet has arrived, along with Lily O'Brien chocolates, and she is so pleased with them both. As always, Bunches has met the brief, with fresh, long lasting flowers, arriving on time and in perfect condition. “I have used Bunches for flowers and plants for years now and find them very good quality. When once I had a problem with a bunch of flowers they dealt with it quickly and sent out replacement flowers. I can't fault them”

“The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they cedrtainly looked beautiful. Sadly, i have to add that although I paid extra for a chosen date of delivery the flowers did not arrive until the following day.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image.
