“The flowers were ok, but the box containing them was tossed over a fence and was possibly there for a couple of days without my friend knowing. The person who delivered it clearly did not leave with a neighbour, and I am unclear as to whether the delivery date was Mon 15th when my friend was at home, or Tues 16th.”
