“I am sorry to say that I bought these flowers for my daughter’s birthday and was very disappointed with the quantity of blooms. To be honest I could have got better at my local supermarket for half the price. I will not buy again.”

“I ordered a flowering plant (azalea) for a relative recovering from surgery. It was a beautiful, healthy, bright pink blooming plant. I was pleased with the order, delivery, packaging and the customer service. It brightened the recipients day.”

“Thouoght the price was good and liked the look of the flowers. You were recommended to me by the lady who I was sending them to. However your delivery company decided, instead of putting them through the letterbox, which was why I ordered from you, they would sling the box over the fence into her back garden. It was pure fluke my cousin found them the following morning. No note, and not put through the letterbox. She said that the flowers were nice, but I would not buy again until you address this issue. She does have an easy to see front door, with a standard and easily accessed letterbox.”

“Fabulously quick service, ordered in the late afternoon/evening and they arrived the following day to my friend and she was so delighted! She said there were so many blooms and were absolutely beautiful......I would definitely use bunches again - thank you !”

“Have used bunches for flowers and gifts over several years now and always very good. Once a plant I sent to my Mum died in a couple of weeks and they replaced it free of charge. They sent out a video from the owners in Q1 this year but it would not play and despite writing to them twice, I never got to see the video - maybe a letter should be included as well so that if the video does not work you can read their message.”

“I've both given and been sent flowers, plants and hampers from Bunches. The flowers are always fresh, well packaged and are well received. Friends really enjoyed and were very pleased with the quality of the hampers. The only difficulties ive had are the web not working properly. I don’t know if its the weather, the service provider or what. Other times, its worked very well. Bunches are now my Go to place for sending flowers.”
