“Deeply disappointed. I ordered a red azalea plant for my wife’s birthday. Plant arrived on time but it had very few flowers. Three weeks later and still disappointingly sparse. It is unlikely that I will ever order a plant from Bunches again.”

“I have been using Bunches for 25+ years & have been very pleased with the service & quality up until my recent order (delivery 7/1/26). The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers, I can honestly say they didn’t resemble the bouquet I selected from the website. The blooms looked fewer and the greenery much more. I had meant to take this up with Bunches but this link for a review came up first. I do have photos to submit, if possible. I was very disappointed and for the first time felt they weren’t good value for money.”

“I was a little dubious as I hadn’t ordered flowers on line before and had heard bad reports from some people who had (not from bunches) I got my friend to send a photo when they were delivered at the precise time they said they’d arrive and was delighted with them as was my friend and the chocolates were also much appreciated.”
