“Never used this company before, one order delivered perfectly. The other there was an issued with delivery but I made contacted and they sent out a new delivery for thr next day without question, excellent costumer service. Thank you”

“I have been purchasing Mother's Day flowers from Bunches for the past 3 years, and the bouquet size has been reduced drastically compare to the first purchase. Customer service has been good but I am very disappointed when my mother received the bouquet.”

We do display the full stem count for each arrangement on the product page before purchase, so you can always check this when ordering. It's also worth noting that our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible, so the bouquet will open up and look much fuller after a few days. “I love this company and use them every time I wish to send flowers . Ive recently sent some Hampers too the recipients sent screen shots of what was received and I was very impressed.They are so efficient arrive on time and quality exceptional .I have received flowers myself from bunches and another company and Bunches win hands down >well done guys you are doing an amazing job. “I've used Bunches on many occasions in the past and returned this time to send a birthday gift of flowers. Although they arrived on time. I was deeply disappointed by the photo that the recipient sent me of what she received. To be honest I could have got better from the supermarket for a quarter of the price I paid. Such a shame, I really don't think I'll bother again.”

We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite meet your expectations on arrival! Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it will need a little arranging once it arrives, and given a day or two to open up and bloom.
