“I've sent flowers from Bunches for many years ,and all the recipients have been very impressed the the gifts they have received. I usually order on line but when have need to phone staff have been very polite and very helpful.”

“I ordered Freesias and Roses but there were much fewer flowers in the bunch than in the photo. I had sent them to a colleague to give to someone on leaving, and she had to go out and buy some more flowers to bulk up the bouquet. Unfortunately she did not get a photo so I did not complain, but we were both very disappointed.”

“I was told that the flower selection I made was unavailable. An alternative was selected and agreed. This too was changed to another selection. What was delivered was the ORIGINAL selection. This became very stressful for me.”

“Okay, here’s a stronger and more natural version: Delivery was on point and arrived as scheduled. The packaging was okay, but I’ve genuinely never had flowers delivered in such a tight box before. The flowers arrived withered, some were broken, and they looked nothing like the picture online. There were barely any flowers for £40 I expected something that actually felt worth the money. Supermarket flowers would have done it better. We were really dissatisfied and disappointed, especially as this was for Valentine’s Day. The cookie was good, though.”
