“I was so impressed with the whole process. Ordering was straightforward & I was kept up to date with progress. The flowers reached the recipient when promised & were beautiful. I emailed Bunches to say how pleased we were & I received a lovely email in return. Bunches seem a lovely, caring concern & I thoroughly recommend them.”

“I am sorry to say that I bought these flowers for my daughter’s birthday and was very disappointed with the quantity of blooms. To be honest I could have got better at my local supermarket for half the price. I will not buy again.”

“I ordered a flowering plant (azalea) for a relative recovering from surgery. It was a beautiful, healthy, bright pink blooming plant. I was pleased with the order, delivery, packaging and the customer service. It brightened the recipients day.”

“Thouoght the price was good and liked the look of the flowers. You were recommended to me by the lady who I was sending them to. However your delivery company decided, instead of putting them through the letterbox, which was why I ordered from you, they would sling the box over the fence into her back garden. It was pure fluke my cousin found them the following morning. No note, and not put through the letterbox. She said that the flowers were nice, but I would not buy again until you address this issue. She does have an easy to see front door, with a standard and easily accessed letterbox.”

“Have used bunches for flowers and gifts over several years now and always very good. Once a plant I sent to my Mum died in a couple of weeks and they replaced it free of charge. They sent out a video from the owners in Q1 this year but it would not play and despite writing to them twice, I never got to see the video - maybe a letter should be included as well so that if the video does not work you can read their message.”
