I have already done this, although I had no problems with my past orders, the one I recently sent although pleased my friend who received it, when I saw the photo of the flowers in her vase, I was shocked how small the bunch was for the money. It may even stop me from using Bunches again if the quantity is going to be the same in the future.

Ask for delivery on 29th and they were delivered on the 27th, which was a Saturday and had my friend not gone out looking for the postman after a card was left and found him, then they would of sat at the sorting office until Monday. Disappointed with this as I ordered them over 10 days in advance. The 29th was a very important date. The 1st birthday of my friends little boy who tragically died in November so I wanted her to recieve them on this day.

So we can not guarantee any of those specific dates. we ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date, so that a special occasion is not missed. My mum had reported that the leaves were drooping and limp. This may be down to the hot weather at the moment, but disappointed slightly. Review I would give would be normal to poor. I have always had issues getting flowers delivered to Northern Ireland they spend most of the time at depots. I'm on a budget so can afford to pay for exact day delivery so have to rely on first class post.

I was very disappointed with the cut orchids I purchased for my mother. When I opened the cellophane wrapper to the flowers many of the orchid flowers were already off their stems. The remaining flowers dropped off within 2 days. I have had orchids from other companies before and I have always been impressed by how long they last - sometimes up to 8 weeks. I will not be ordering these again.

Ordered a bouquet for my Sister in laws birthday and was very disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the day of her birthday. She received them a day late. I cannot comment on the quality of the flowers as I didn't see them as she does not live near me.

They arrived on the wrong day (too early) and although it was specified that they would be in bud the majority were open. Very disappointing.

The box seemed beaten and damaged, and the flowers showed that when they arrivee they were withered and half dead, not the message I was trying yo send. Also I qas given the date of delivery as friday which would have worked well, sadly they didnt show up till monday afternoon and ruined the day they were meant for, the picture on the website showed lots of lovely lillies, but my bunch contained only one which was a bit disappointing. All in all bot the best service, late delivery, half dead flowers and the box of free chocolates were actually a small bag of what looked like chocolates for a child, if I knew thats what they would look like I would have asked for them to be removed as they showed the flowers as cheap.

Flowers turned up 2 days earlier than requested, no card was present (despite the fact that I'd written one) and no free gift delivered (as advertised). Recipient was worried that they may have been sent by an Ex who has a banning order so the surprise backfired! Not Impressed.

flowers were very sparce for the money i paid fpr them, some were wilted. i am afraid for the first time i was not impressed sorry, in the past bunches have been great this time however you were not up to standard. will use you again and hope next time for better

I ordered two bunches of flowers. The carnations were lovely but the more expensive mixed bunch was very poor. One of the lilies had snapped and the quantity very sparce. Really disappointing as ordered lots of times before and always been happy

Ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday. Delivery requested for 25th June. Bunches advised that they would endeavour to make the requested date but advised that it may go over to the 26th. My sister eventually received her gift on 27th - 2 days after her birthday. Not impressed with service received but my sister did tell me that the flowers were very nice when they did arrive albeit 2 days late

I see that you selected our Royal Mail First Class Post option where the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Although 90% of deliveries will arrive within 24 hours, Royal Mail delivery may take up to 3 days. I do hope that you will order with Bunches again. Very disappointed that my instruction to deliver to another flat number if recipient was not in was totally ignored and flowers left outside delivery address all day, by which time the flowers had wilted.

This time last year (June) I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered.... This order did not arrive, therefore I obviously was disappointed yet they did send a replacement. I gave them a second chance, this week. I ordered again flowers and a birthday card this year......flowers were received but no birthday card.......... I am very disappointed ????

I have used Bunches before and been satisfied with service alas on this occasion the recipients of the flowers were absent - it was a Saturday - a card put through the door not stating these were living goods - recipient did not collect until Tuesday - therefore I said THANKYOU with dead flowers ! need I say more ?

I live in Spain and sent flowers to my daughter on her wedding anniversary,on this occasion I have come to visit her a few days after the flowers arrived,and to my disappointment half the flowers were dying and as for the card,word's escape me,really not worth the price. Very disappointed

Thank you for your comments Liz. We are sincerely sorry to hear you were disappointed on this occasion. These flowers clearly did not achieve the high standards we aim for. We do send the majority of our flowers in bud, this is to maximise the vase life and encourages them to last much longer, so they may not look as big on arrival. However they do open up and bloom beautifully like the illustration on our website once arranged in the home. Very disappointed with my birthday bundle. Was expecting a much larger bundle of flowers. For almost £40 it was a bit of a let down.

Flowers arrived in a broken box, most appear to be dead. About 20% have improved, but I guess that's what I get for ordering online.
