“I chose the Rhubarb and Custard bouquet for my mother's birthday. I was a bit disappointed to hear that although the flowers were beautiful and my mother was pleased with them, they were not the same colours as shown on the website.”

“We have ordered a lot of flowers from Bunches which have lasted a long time and been very good value. Unfortunately the sunflowers didn’t, they were open when arrived so faded very quickly. They did look good when they arrived”

“I have used Bunches for many years, but recently the quality of the flowers has really gone down. I recently sent flowers to my sister Patricia Langdon and the ones that arrived died within a couple of days, she sent photos to Bunches who replaced the flowers with another bouquet which was also very mediocre, this is really disappointing. As I say I have used Bunches for years but this is the second time in a couple of months that things have gone wrong. Previously they delivered a gift to the wrong house and it was left on someone else's doorstep for 2 days ! I wonder whether to use Bunches again.”

“I must admit to being a little disappointed with the flowers I bought my Wife for our anniversary. I paid for an XL bouquet which was specified as 24 stems. I'd wrongly assumed this was the carnations and any 'filler' eg the gypsophelia was additional. Sadly, we received 19 carnations and a lot more filler. I will read the description more carefully before I order again, which is a shame as I've ordered many times before and been very impressed.”

“Not so long ago I would have given Bunches a 5 star rating but I am no longer able. The quality of the product is not what it was and the quantity diminished. I have found that the flowers are not as fresh - most recently they arrived tired and drooping - and the bouquets are thinner.”
