“I have always been very satisfied with your product, but this last order arrived 3 days after the expected date of delivery. I had received an email indicating the flowers were in the hands of the Courier on the Friday before the requested date which was 3rd October but they didn't arrive until the Thursday. Having said that I am informed the flowers have always been beautiful on previous orders.”

“Bouquet looked good on arrival but within days had lost its appeal, and barely lasted a week. The Lisianthus died without opening, the roses wilted after a few days. All in all a big disappointment.”

“Unfortunately my friend is away for 2 weeks, so she hopes that the flowers will still be alive when she gets back, she has put them in a cold place. She was surprised to find another card in the box which I think she said was a belated greeting, there was also a packet of poppy seeds !!”

“My daughter was surprised & pleased to receive flowers for her 40th Birthday, but was a little disappointed that the orchids seemed very ‘limp’, and having followed all instructions, they didn’t improve. Obviously, we were also dismayed, having been on holiday & only finding out today, when we asked if she liked the flowers.”

“I ordered birthday flowers for a friend living away. For the second year running the flowers arrived after the date requested - when I contacted Customer Services their responses were inaccurate and offered no goodwill. Will try a different company next year.”
