“A little disappointed, 2nd time of using Bunches. The recipient was happy but after seeing a photo I was disappointed compared to previous time. The quality of the flower heads weren’t as good, I’m afraid to say.”

“The roses in my bouquet wilted in a couple of days. The whole bouquet looked a bit faded in a few days. I was disappointed as I’ve always had great flowers from Bunches and this was a treat to myself.”

“Flowers were fresh although the bunch looked smaller than the picture advertised. Unfortunately flowers weren’t delivered on time as agreed and were a day later for recipients birthday.”

“The box arrived very bashed up, but fortunately, the flowers were ok. I had asked that they were delivered to the downstairs flat if no-one was in, but it was left on the doorstep in full view.”

“Ordered a £45 bouquet for a special birthday 2 weeks in advance but they failed to arrive on the specified date. I was advised i should have paid the additional £5.99 for guaranteed delivery. Disappointing but I accept I missed the small print.”

“Lovely flowers, the delivery times advertised are extremely misleading however which then left me diasappointed that they were a day late. 24 hour royal mail suggests its 24 hour delivery not 48. Customer services were unhelpful.”

“I have always been very satisfied with your product, but this last order arrived 3 days after the expected date of delivery. I had received an email indicating the flowers were in the hands of the Courier on the Friday before the requested date which was 3rd October but they didn't arrive until the Thursday. Having said that I am informed the flowers have always been beautiful on previous orders.”
