“Delivery was on time and the recipient liked the flowers. However, I think the display that arrived was much less full than the one in the picture. I was a bit disappointed.”

“Delivery of the bouquet was next day so that was impressive. Sent the flowers to my daughter-in-law after a stay in hospital. I asked her to send me a photo of what she received and I was disappointed and thought it looked sparse.”

“After reading that 95% of flowers get delivered on time I was very disappointed that my flowers arrived 2 days after the date I had requested. My first time using the company so not very impressed.”

“The delivery was made by Royal Mail, not Bunches itself. So there was a delay of 24 hours. This was a pity because I had hoped to get it right, since it was meant to be a surprise for my daughter's birthday. I called up the delivery details on screen, but all I got was a small, rather dark photo of the very bottom right-hand corner of my daughter's front door ------ so no clear confirmation of delivery or safe delivery to make certain. The only way I could check this out was by 'phoning her directly.”

“arrived well and I thought I treat myself as haven't been to well.My daughter buys them & they always look good and last a month but sadly mine are looking sad I cut stems of clean and fresh water but looks as if they will not last much longer shame.”

“Flowers arrived on time and are lasting well but looks a very small bunch even though I paid extra for large bunch. Would probably get similar bunch for a fiver in a supermarket. I paid £30. Poor value for money.”
