“Normally first class from Bunches but this time the roses only lasted five days before they wilted and turned brown. The freesias were fine however. Hence my three star rating.”

“Given the recent weather I shouldn't expect perfection but the flowers that came for my wife on our 54th anniversary were in the compost on the 5th day. Thank goodness I bought the chocolates.”

“Used them for a long time. Disappointed in the last 2 deliveries. Flowers were not in bud as previously and thus started to deteriot rather quickly. Gypsophila a tad sparse , as it was paid for as an extra.”

“I have been using Bunches for a long time and always been thoughly satisfied unfortunately the last order was left at wrong address but fortunately the man living at the property was a very honest man and went to my cousins address,this was a mistake made by Royal mail and they even sent a photo that the flowers had been delivered. This order was for very special birthday celebration and I would obviously been very disappointed if it did not arrive.”

“Lovely flowers , my wife was delighted, regrettably after stating the flowers had to delivered by 17th August our 48th Wedding anniversary they were not delivered till the next day 18th August.I have used your service before but will have doubts of using again especially since our golden wedding is only two years away.”

“The flowers arrive on time , well packaged and in good condition. The basic card and message were well presented. The flowers were what I ordered, but seemed less than the picture on the web page. I was a bit rushed so the service suited me. I would use Bunches again but take more time.”

“The flowers themselves were excellent, as usual, and my mother is still enjoying them...... However, she received them AFTER her birthday even thou they were ordered well before the asked for delivery date..... I believe this was out if your control and down to Royal Mail and possible local industrial action. Still, very irritating.”

“Been buying flowers on regular basis on the whole pleased but if not one phone call usually solved it, however lately am finding they are not lasting very long disappointed that last Saturdays bouquet only kept looking good until Thursday had to bin them (should have lasted 7 days) We are elderly and housebound so can’t get to shops. My pleasure now are flowers.”

“Unfortunately the evening before the deliver was due, I discovered that the recipient was going on holiday first thing. The Bunches lines weren't open until 9am that day and by the time I called to ask them to delay or deliver elsewhere, it was apparently too late as Royal Mail already had the flowers and we're going to deliver them. It was a bit of a shame that Bunches customer service team weren't prepared to do this on my behalf, but then again it was a pretty cheap service..... And they do say, you get what you pay for. So I had to try to ringing around the recipient's family to see if someone had a key and could pick up a "missed delivery" card. Can't fault the Bunches online process and I accept the problem was at my end.... but I've still no idea if the flowers ever got collected, what they looked like, smelled like.... Pity.”
