“The spray carnations were beautifully fresh. Only one complaint...when I received them the freisas were not good and not up to your normal standard! Disappointing. My friend is pleased with the alstramarias I sent to her.”

“I paid extra for delivery on a specific day as this was a surprise birthday gift and they tried to deliver a day early. I managed to rearrange as there would have been no one there. When the flowers were delivered the rose petals were a little brown which was disappointing”

“The bunch we ordered arrived as planned last monday but the container with the absorbent pad in was virtually dry so the roses seem not to have bloomed as you would expect. Imagine Monday delivery is not a good day as they would have been delay between packing and delivery”

“Having had wonderful service for 10 years i was very upset to see the poor flowers sent to my mother this time. They wefe straggly and especially the gypsophylia which did nothing to pad out the freezias. I live abroad so am able only to use the mail, and I wrote to bunches 4 days ago to make a complaint but have not heard from them, despite their complaints team stating 2 days for a reply.Will find a better company next time.”

“The flowers were really enjoyed when they arrived..on April 7th a week after I had expected on ordering. I ordered around March 30th and expected delivery within the following 2 days. When i then commented on my disappointment with delay in delivery I was told it was because of Easter ( April 4th) . That i don't really understand. Is this a brexit/ flower supply/ staffing issue . A better explanation would be appreciated.”

“Hi. When the flowers turned up, some of them looked half dead. They did get better with time, but I had ordered a hand tied bouquet rather than letter box flowers because I wanted them to arrive looking good. The packaging and instructions were excellent. It's just a shame that the flowers arrived in such a poor state. I think this could be improved.”

“Disappointed that the post left them in sorting office and card wasn't pushed through door properly so no one saw the card for 2 days. Flowers a little worse for wear and it was for a special birthday”

“Easy to place and order and delivered on the date specified. Asked to leave with neighbour but had been left on doorstep. Beautiful selection of long lasting blooms which my friend loved to receive on her birthday. Slightly overpriced but quality flowers”

“The flowers were delivered by postman who threw them into the door without knocking, I know this isn't your fault but disappointing. The flowers were in tight buds and still havent opened fully so they didn't really look very good on arrival”

“I bought few hampers and flowers from bunches. I was charged delivery for every hamper and flowers. I think you should combine order and charge only one delivery fee for order instead of 4 x £6.95. Only received one notification about delivering order. Not sure with quality as the receiver never say anything.”
