Difficult to be factual because I don’t see the flowers when they are delivered! Friends always thank me.

Blooms were limp and a few buds had fallen off when they arrived but they did pick up when fed and watered. Have had them for a week now and they are finished and consigned to the garden rubbish bin. Disappointing and relatively expensive. Greetings card was really nice, chocolates were delicious and the free gift of sunflower seeds was a lovely surprise and much appreciated....thank you. Delivery was on time and the correct day, driver was pleasant and observed social distancing.

Disappointed with this company, unable to track order... Customer services unable to respond back via email. Won't be using again.

The flowers I ordered for delivery on 8/5/21 were Very disappointing so much so I won’t be ordering flowers from you again Michelle Proctor

I sent a bunch of Alstemarias to an elderly friend. It was for her Birthday and she had just moved into a new home. I didn't hear anything from her over the next few days. In the end I rang her to see if she had received them.She had but my message had not been put in the card so she didn't know who they were from. I ordered the flowers from the web site. I rang to tell you this information. The person I spoke to said they would inform someone but up until now I havn't heard from anyone. Apparantly the flowers were nice.

I have used Bunches for a few years and the service and flowers are lovely I ordered some flowers a week before my Aunties birthday for her 80th and they arrived a day late which was disappointing as she lives on her own and because of Covid i haven’t seen her since last November

Need to change the way it is delivered. Needs to include a label saying leave in a safe place or with a neighbour if recipient not home as opposed to going to collection office

Was bit disappointed,two white carnations stems were broken,live in Germany this was first time have ordered ,for my 82 year old Mum who lives in Edinburgh Delivery was good on date that was stated

Was disappointed the birthday flowers were not delivered on the selected day even though I ordered in plenty time to allow for the extra time needed during COVID

Disappointed i counted at least 16 carnations on the display shown my friend received 12 & a bit of foliage & never received the cake I paid extra for, will not be using again

Everthing arrived as expected. One piece of gypsophelia instead of 2 as advertised. 7 days in, the fresia are starting to wilt and the buds are not coming out as expected. The rose is now responding to being outside but was looking unhappy inside. Rose container did not have a drainage hole.

When the flowers arrived they looked very poor - a £5 bunch for which I had paid £27. A review then would have gained only 1 star. However slowly they improved and opened up, earning the current 3 stars. I still feel the amount of flowers was not worth £27 and I am unlikely to use Bunches again.

Was a bit disappointed because the flowers didn’t come with the card to let the receiver know who it was from. Flowers were standard, wouldn’t order again.

Book a day for delivery 3 days before and they send it the day after. I was told if I paid more on delivery I would have got it on the right day. Why have the day selection???

It was my first order with Bunches and I might use this company again in future. I was massively disappointed when I opened the parcel...I thought that I paid for pink and white freesias bouquet, instead I have received blue, white and yellow flowers. The flowers were bought for the photo session and because of their colours we couldn't use them (nearly £30.00 spent on nothing). I wish that bunches would make it clear that photos of the bouquets on their website are only examples of what customer may get and that people can get random coloured flowers.

Flowers were fresh and recipient was happy. I was somewht disappointed, however, when I was sent a picture - there was no attempt to incorporate my 'addition' it looked like a couple of bunches of flowers picked up at the supermarket.
