“The flowers were beautiful, but the delivery was problematic. Should have been delivered on 24th. Post office left a delivery note on 26th - flowers were a surprise, note said nothing about content. Had to contact my friend to tell her to go pick them up. Spoiling the surprise.”

“Decent flowers, decent cake, arrived the day after my scheduled delivery date (my mothers bday). Second time my order has not arrived on scheduled date despite their figures stating this only happens 7% of the time.”

“Bit disappointed as the flowers were quite bad quality and obviously hadn’t been handled well as some heads had snapped off. I wasn’t expecting them to look exactly like the picture and i know that ordering flowers online is unreliable but I did think they would be a bit better. I’m pleased I ordered them to my house rather than to the recipient, because it would of been embarrassing to give them. I ended up buying more flowers from the super market to bulk them up.”

“Flowers absolutely beautiful, although delivered one day late, due to them being damaged in transit by the courier. Bunches did refund the delivery charge and apologised for the delay.”

“Disappointing I,m afraid...the flowers were ordered for a Monday delivery, but unfortunately as the carrier used is the Post Office and delivery cannot be guaranteed, my order was not delivered until the Tuesday afternoon having been held in the Post Office sorting office from the previous Saturday. The flowers looked squashed and dishevelled upon delivery, but the recipient managed to revive them and they appear to be a very pretty bouquet!!”

“I was a bit disappointed with this. I chose freesias because I wanted to be sure the flowers would have some perfume. The bunch looked very sparse. The long stems looked so bare, with no greenery, no leaves. The addition of a few stems of leaves, even if from another variety, would have made such a difference. The flowers arrived on the day I asked for.”

“Never had a problem with this site but this time I wasn't to impressed. I ordered for delivery the Friday before mother's Day they didn't arrive till the Friday later. The buds were starting to open in the past they have always been closed and one of the buds was dropping. I buy for my mother in law who won't have them from anywhere else as they usually last her ages just a bit disappointed this time but will still be ordering again”

“The bunch of flowers arrived promptly. But was a little underwhelming. It had more in bud spray carnations than the expected freesias. Hopefully the carnations will burst into life soon!”

“Ordered from Australia for mother in UK. Communication and delivery excellent. The flowers my mother stated two flower stems were broken and one flower stem buds/flowers were crushed. Not 100% sure there were the 21 stems as stated. The cake ordered as an additional very small for the price.”

“Would have to pay extra for better delivery. The flowers which were a present arrived 2 days and had been in transit 4 days. A lot of the flowers were past recovery.”
