Very very disappointed!! my mother didn’t receive her mother’s day plant or card!! She lives in an island and stays alone. We have used bunches a lot and never been disappointed, will think twice next time

I mistakenly thought ordering letterbox flowers would mean the flowers could be posted through the letterbox if recipient was out. Apparently not, flowers arrived 3 days late, left on door step & not in good condition. Also not impressed with quality of 'florists choice'. Waste of £32.

Ordered well in advance for my Aunt's birthday and had an email promptly from Bunches with tracking available. They were supposed to be delivered by their 'trusted couriers' on Friday for her Birthday. They weren't delivered Saturday either,so i couldn't call Bunches as they were closed and the automated Tracking was useless as it couldn't be used as it was closed due to updating. She eventually got them Lunchtime on Monday. I have used Bunches quite a few times with no problems,but their 'trusted Couriers' left a lot to be desired.

Very disappointed. Actually not your fault. The first bunch I ordered and sent to my Mum. They said was delivered, but we vouldnt find them. 5 days later found them behind a water button in Mjms front garden. No note to say they'd done that. This one the sent me a picture showing me a doorstep with a Man's boot in it, but no flowers in the picture, my sister has spent ages looking around the front of her property looking for them but unfortunately she can't find them. They used to put a red card in the letterbox telling you where they were left. As I say not your fault. Royal Mail are the problem.

Not impressed at all…. Did the delivery person actually knock on the door? I thought the driver made the bouquet up or at least knocked on the door and presented the flowers (in flat pack form) to the girl! All I got was a photo of a box being pushed through the door! Even the young lady said “I have never received flowers in a box before!” 😮 Made me sound cheap, so I will be sending her flowers this Sunday through M & S bouquet delivery. 👍🏼

Received a notification that the order was undeliverable and since it was a consumable it was destroyed and non refundable. It was to be delivered to a hospital, really there was no one at a hospital that could of benefited from flowers instead of being thrown away?

This must be very disappointing, especially as you wanted to brighten someone's day. Hospital deliveries can sometimes be challenging as they're typically delivered to a central mailing room first, then distributed internally. If there was an issue with the recipient details or ward information, or if the hospital has specific policies about flower deliveries (some wards don't accept them), this might explain why they couldn't be delivered. I had paid extra for courier charges and also shared the recipients contact number. Courier was delivered next door and I was sent the incorrect delivery advise that recipient had taken the delivery.

We're very sorry to hear about the confusion with your flower delivery. We understand that an attempt was made to deliver to the correct address first, but as there was no answer, the courier left the delivery with a neighbour. We also apologise if the carrier did not make it clear in their delivery advice that the package was left with a neighbour. This should have been clearly communicated to avoid any confusion. Unfortunately some flowers were broken on arrival, and the size of the bouquet was on the small side also the flowers died after a few days, unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here again for the money I paid

I ordered a large bunch which arrived tiny and I had to go buy extra flowers to go with it to make it bigger and better, absolutely nothing like the picture on the site and definitely not a large bunch. They then died within a few days so overall very disappointed. Will not purchase from this sight again.

I have used Bunches for many years as it has always been a reliable way to send flowers to the UK when I am abroad. I have always been entirely satisfied with their services. Unfortunately, the last delivery was a disaster. The delivery person claimed that there was no answer at the house and no card was left giving instructions. Hence, my bedridden cousin finally received her surprise birthday bouquet a day late. 😪

When my daughter showed it to me on live video, I was really disappointed. no connection with the photo on your site, I am in the profession in France so I am not inventing anything. Used Bunches for a long time, placed an order, chose delivery date (there was only one delivery option available - Royal Mail 24). Item came a day late. Customer services hide behind terms and conditions saying that the delivery method states 1-2 days delivery, which is not the case. The web interface specifically lets you choose a designated day (not a 2 day window), then has a smaller warning underneath that says there's a 7% chance that the delivery might be a day late.

The carriers should have left a calling card to alert you to this.
