Unfortunately, the flowers I sent my Mum for her Birthday were in bad condition on arrival. She said that the gel keeping the flowers hydrated had split open and although she hoped they would revive when placed in water they didn't.

I paid for the flowers to be deliver the next day. This did not happen. We were home all day and never heard the bell ring. The following day they were delivered to a neighbor. By the time we got the flowers they were dying. Putting them in water did not help. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

We're so sorry to hear about the delayed delivery and poor condition of your flowers. This must have been really disappointing, especially as you were home waiting for them. While Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next day, it isn't guaranteed unless you specifically chose our courier delivery option. However, this doesn't excuse the poor condition of the flowers when you received them. Sent flowers as a birthday gift and they look so much smaller than in the photos on website and when questioned why was told I hadn’t arranged them properly. No amount of rearranging would make them look like the photo, very disappointed wish there was a way to upload photos as well as leave a review.

We're so sorry to hear your flowers didn't meet your expectations. We completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially as they were meant to be a special birthday gift. We photograph our bouquets when they're in full bloom to show how they'll look at their best, and most flowers arrive in bud to protect them during delivery and give the longest possible vase life. However, they should still match the stem count shown on the product page and be of a size that reflects the photos once arranged. We're so sorry to hear you have been disappointed on this occasion, we intentionally send most of our flowers in bud to ensure they have the longest possible vase life and to protect them during delivery. Once you've trimmed the stems and arranged them in fresh water with the flower food provided, they should start opening up over the next few days to look more like the photo. We always photograph our bouquets in full bloom to show how lovely they'll look once they've had time to open up. If after 24 hours in water they still don't look right to you, please do send us a photo and we'll be happy to help make things right. The flowers were ordered to arrive on 11th Jan, and on that day we received an email to confirm delivery on that day. However this was not the case and the recipient offered thanks for the gift on 13th Jan the day the flowers were actually received.

Flowers were due to be delivered on 24th December. Arrived on door step on 27th December. Not in a good way. Flowers were put in bin

I have emailed asking for a refund, still waiting !! A very sad, wilting bunch of flowers arrived at the Mother in Laws for her 96th birthday. The bunch looked nothing like the website photo !!! Luckily we were there when they arrived, but felt rather embarressed !!! I have ordered before & have not had a problem.

I have used Bunches as my go to provider for sending flowers and gifts. Disappointed on this occasion especially as it was a Christmas gift and the recipient was upset at the quality of the flowers.

The flowers which arrived for my sisters Diamond Wedding Aniiversary didn't look much like the picture. The courier which Bunches chose was incompetent and lied. Having paid extra to have the flowers couriered for the Special Day, they arrived a day late. I shan't be using Bunches in future.

Not happy with my order, for the price not satisfied . I could have bought the same things at a supermarket for a quarter off the price . Only 5 small roses were in the basket, won’t be using you again.

Flowers were never received by recipient and unable to locate as photo is of an unknown location and no card left by Royal Mail to inform of where they had been left. Notified that delivery had taken place a day after specified delivery date. Christmas Eve by this time so no time to sort. Waste of money and time.

Bought 2 bouquets but only one arrived on the due date. Extremely disappointed as these had been ordered & paid for 4 days before delivery. They were for friends whose father was very unwell.
