3 totally different plants with different needs in the same pot. All would have died very quickly if we didn't check what they where and what they needed. Not very good to be selling plants if they don't know what they need.

Ordered some flowers for my mums birthday and spent over £30, what arrived looked nothing like the photo, sadly I could have bought a much better looking bunch in the supermarket for £10. Shockingly sparse bouquet, even after it had bloomed further for a few days it didn't fill out much. Wouldn't order again unfortunately.

Very disappointed as the flowers did not arrive on the day i chose, which was the lasr day in work for the vet i was sending them too as a thank you for looking after my dog so well before he sadly passed. I am really not happy and will never use Bunches again as they do not deliver on the requested day. Very upset and unhappy

My flowers were due to arrive on the Monday and we're only delivered on the Thursday. My friend had suffered a bereavement and timing was important.

Really disappointed. I ordered a bouquet for my mums 60th Birthday and they arrived with flowers missing (the blue thistles) and broken eucalyptus branches. In all she ended up with a bouquet of white flowers, which I could have just picked her up from a shop. I've emailed them, sending picture and still haven't heard anything back.

The plant was way over priced tried you for first time. Marks and spencer are much better. As for free plant pot it's a bit of cardboard. With m and s you get a free ceramic pot. Im not being rude you asked for feedback im being honest I'm afraid. Very dissapointed

The bunch arrived wilting, despite trimming the stalks the roses and the other flowers did not recover and were discarded after three days. We have not had this experience in twenty years as a customer Jon Rapley Ps it arrived on time

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered 2 different items for a special occasion to be delivered to the same address on the same day. One delivered, the other did not arrive. No notification of this. Although we have received a refund we are very disappointed in the service.

My wife and I were both very disapointed in our bunch of flowers, they were very small and we felt that for £34 io would have been better off buying from an m&s petrol station

We're sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your bouquet. We completely understand how frustrating it must be when your flowers don't meet your expectations. All of our bouquets are photographed in full bloom to show how lovely they'll look once they've opened. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise their vase life and protect them during transit, which can sometimes make them appear smaller initially. Once they've been trimmed and placed in fresh water with the flower food provided, they should start to open and look more like our online image. The flowers arrived well but had gone mouldy within two days of being in a vase which is not good enough considering a standard bunch of supermarket flowers would last around a week and would be cheaper than what this service costs
