Got sent a picture they looked sad and embarrassing. Would have been better with a bunch from Aldi and £15 in my pocket - even their cheapest bunch would be better

Flowers looked nothing like image on net,very disappointed. Plants were great won't be buying flowers again.Not a happy customer

The photo card I purchased was badly printed onto the card with the printer colour lines clearly visible. The photo was not set in the card squarely so the border wasn't equal all round. The landscape photo was printed upside down so the card opened from the top not the bottom.

Flowers arrived on the day as requested but didn't land on my door till 7.30pm in the evening, the roses had dried out the whole bunch of flowers didn't look fresh at all. Very disappointed and not happy with the delivery.

Bought sister this beautiful plant, but sadly it died next day:-( ( may over night in a van, with this scorching weather?) she tried to revive this plant but sadly it never worked.dissatisfying to say the least.

Unfortunately the flowers that were sent were the worse I have seen when using this company I was very dissatisfied with what was sent and did contact you I had a reply that you were going to look in to the matter I then got asked for a picture which I sent and have heard nothing since at this time I will not be using your company again until the matter is resolved and would not be recommending until I see that you have resolved the matter

The flowers were good, but the Royal Mail delivery was not. I was notified of a delivery window that never took place. I was then notified of another slot that was delivered to a safe place. This was not great as the occupant waited in for the surprise on the first delivery; alas, the surprise was spoiled a bit.

While Royal Mail Tracked 24 isn't a guaranteed service and delivery times can occasionally vary, we know this doesn't make the experience any less frustrating for you and your recipient. This order was for my friends wedding anniversary. They were the poorest display I have seen. My friends daughter also gave them a bunch of flowers from a supermarket costing £10 and they were far superior to the ones from 'Bunches'. This was the second time this had happened to me, but last time Bunches replaced them. I did not bother to complain this time, but I will not use your company again.

Really disappinted with the flowers received. Not value for money at all. Packaging was flimsy in the name of sustainability. It was for a graduation day. I had to spend more money to get decent floweres for the graduation.

I was very disapointed this time with the flowers. thay arived in pefect condiction with rose buds nicely formed, did not open and dropped off after 24hours. now more has formed as of today 22/07/25 instruction was followed. regards keith

Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived, they were nothing like the photos of the ones I chose. They were more like a £3 bunch from a supermarket. I wouldn’t buy again.

Many of our blooms are sent in bud to protect them during transit and maximise their vase life, which means they may look quite different from our website photos initially. The flowers are photographed in full bloom to show how lovely they'll look once they open. Really disappointed. The packaging looked like something you would buy from a late night garage. Also they looked nothing like the picture described even after leaving a few days to let the buds open.

Many of our flowers are intentionally sent in bud to ensure they arrive in the freshest possible condition and provide you with the longest vase life. The flowers in the photograph on our website are shown in full bloom to demonstrate how they'll look once they've opened. It can take a few days for buds to fully develop. Picture was very misleading as showed a big bunch for £30 whereas I got a tiny bunch I'd be embarrased to put a stranger's grave let along give to my alive and kicking wife. Will not be ordering from Bunches again and you're lucky I'm not putting on Facebook (may do still). The pictures should show exactly what you're getting not a bunch that's 3 to 4 times the size of what you're getting. Sure the small print will state the number of stems but do not mislead with the pictures, makes you no better than crooks!

At Bunches, we photograph our bouquets in full bloom to show how lovely they will look when they're fully open and arranged in a vase. However, we send many of our flowers in bud to maximise their vase life and protect them during transit, which means they may appear smaller on arrival. Once fully bloomed the flowers should then resemble our online image. Paid over £30 for flowers sent to my daughter. Just found out from her they all died after only a very few days. Not the first time this has happened. I will not be using them again .

Flowers turned up when due but I was very disappointed when they arrived. They were nowhere near as impressive looking as the pictures. Supposed to be a large bunch but I could have got a much better bunch in the supermarket for half the price.
