Ordered on a Tuesday for a Sunday delivery for Mothers Day. Didn’t arrive till the Monday dried out and broken stems.

We're sorry to hear the bouquet wasn't quite what you were hoping for! Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging on arrival, and given a day or two to bloom it should open up beautifully to match the image you saw online. Paid extra for a Sunday delivery for Mother's Day and it arrived 2 days late. Defeats the whole purpose of paying extra for something to arrive in time for an occasion. Such a shame because the flowers are beautiful and the choice available is great.

Ordered for Mother’s Day well in advance, shipped with Royal Mail so was obviously never going to come on the Sunday. Between our family, we used 3 other companies for Mother’s Day flowers and everyone else got theirs on the day! Then when they finally arrived, they were absolutely laughable and pathetic looking. Would never, ever use this brand again.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered two bunches for mother's day. Although they claim to perk up once in water and the they didn't reflect the amount I paid and yet I got a bunch from Lidl that was for better for a fraction of the price. Not happy at all.

Mother's day flower delivery for my mum were the worst bunch of flowers I've ever seen. Absolutely horrendous! Will never, ever buy again.

I purchased the ‘Royal Velvet’ “bouquet” for Mother’s Day. The amount of flowers that arrived were less than half than what were shown in the pictures on the website, which I was extremely disappointed with. This then left me having to purchase more flowers from the supermarket to buff up the size. Very disappointed to say the least.

I received a yellow rose plant for mother's day 3 days later the flowers are going brown in the centre and all the leaves are falling off, I ordered a bunch of flowers for my daughter off my grandson and for £30 she got 4 flowers and 3 pieces of greenery day 4 all died thrown away not good quality for the price

Flowers looked scrawny and cheap considering the price I paid. Also added a note which was the main purpose of me sending the flowers however the note was not sent. Very disappointed won’t be ordering again.

Very disappointed with the flowers. They were for a friend who had just left hospital. The flowers at Morrisons supermarket are much better quality and cheaper.

My card said it would come between Monday and Thursday and it is now Friday and it still has not come, his birthday is tomorrow. Not happy at all because another isn’t going to come in time
