I am not happy with Bunches. Each time I have left a signed message with the item to be delivered, and it has not been included, so the recipient has no idea who sent the item.

I arranged to have flowers delivered on the 18th of Feb for my best friends 60th birthday, they didn't arrive until late teatime next day, the support I received from your team was not professional by any standards , would never use this company again. So empathy or understanding just i should have read small print and paid extra to guarantee the delivery date I'd selected

When selecting standard delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24, there is always a small possibility that your flowers may arrive a day later than the date you've chosen. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend our courier delivery option, which ensures delivery on your chosen date between 8am and 7pm. My dad who is 83 years old wanted to send my mum flowers for Valentine's Day and needed my help to buy them online. He wanted to spend about £30, I found a bouquet from Bunches called 'Elderberry Elegance' which cost £36.50. Unfortunately when they arrived both my mum and dad were very disappointed with the bouquet and the flowers have never looked anything like the picture. I will not be purchasing again from Bunches and will definitely not recommend them to others.

We understand your disappointment, especially when flower deliveries are often for special occasions. Our standard delivery window is between 8am and 7pm on the selected delivery date. While we aim for earlier deliveries when possible, the exact timing can depend on Royal Mail or our courier partners' delivery schedules and routes for that day. The bunch of Flowers received were nowhere near the same size as the picture on website! Would get better value for money in the likes of Tesco. Wil definitely not use again!!

I made a purchase on your website on Wednesday 5th February to arrive on the 13th February. However, my parcel did not arrive on the chosen date and still today on the 14th it hasnt arrived. I paid £4.99 for delivery and even chose the day before valentines day for arrival so it would definitely come on time. Unfortunately this is not the case and now I have no flowers to give to my wife despite purchasing way in advance and asked for a day early delivery. I dont think this is acceptable really, this situation should be well prepared for as it happens every year on the 14th, especially the fact i purchased ahead of time and paid an expensive delivery fee for my parcel to not arrive on time and be a few days late. This is not a good introduction as a first time customer on your website. I left a complaint on email to Bunches and they are still yet to reply and acknowledge what has happened.

Highly disappointed with this bouquet of bunches I purchase for Valentine’s Day. I have previously bought many bouquets and all have been perfect. However, this time they were not even half the size the photo made them out to be.

I ordered a Valentines bouquet for my beloved. It arrived on time & was well packaged. One star for this. The description & quantity of flowers was exactly as advertised, so I cannot complain. However, I found that the flowers needed very careful arrangement to look anything like the picture shown, & this little bunch cost £25 !! Appalling value for money, I could have bought a bunch twice the size for £7 from the local co-op. I was fooled once, but never again.

I was really disappointed with what arrived, it wasn’t at all as advertised. I understand that the bouquets arrive still in bud form but there wasn’t a single flower and only a couple of iris buds.. not at all as the picture online suggests. Based on the sales image I would expect lots of irises or at least a lot of buds. Would not buy from this site again.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when flowers don't meet your expectations, especially when they're a gift for a friend. We do send many of our flowers in bud to ensure the longest possible vase life and to protect them during delivery. While they might not look exactly like the website photos immediately, they should open up beautifully over the next few days once they're in water. However, if after 24 hours in water they still don't look right, please could you take a quick photo and send it over to our customer support team flowers@bunches.co.uk where we will be happy to make this right for you.

The bouquet I ordered for my mum had a dismal amount of flowers in. Nothing like the photo. I emailed and was promised a replacement bunch which never arrived.

Arrived at 6.30 pm when my son was putting his children to bed NOT 5..30 pm as the post office states They should be there in the morning for someones birthday. Flowers could have been better. Would not use Buches again.

Everything is good but they are cheaters the price which you see will change once you log into your account this happened to me on my second order
