“Purchased as a gift for Mothers Day. Living in Australia it's very hard to trust that online companies will deliver gifts of high standards. On arriving in the UK one week after Mothers Day, I was very disappointed to see that the rose plant was not to the standard I had hoped. Already dying and leaves yellow”

“The flowers I ordered did not at all resemble the flowers that had been advertised on the website. The bouquet was sparse and empty and this was shown no where in any of the pictures on their website. I am ashamed to say that someone received the pitiful bunch from me and I will definitely never be ordering from here again. Do not waste your money.”

“I’ve ordered from you before and expected great things based on prior experience. My expectation was a full bunch of flowers presented professionally in a water box, as it is on your website, but I received the flowers in a flimsy rain-soaked cardboard box. In addition, the flowers didn’t even last a week as advertised on your website. The petals were brown and most had to be removed due to this. I paid over £35 for this and am really disappointed. I am expecting a refund of the cost of my order. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange this.”

“My flowers ordered for my late sister were not delivered because the delivery driver could not find the address- even thought Google app can clearly find it. Consequently these flowered were returned and destroyed and I was still charged Will not be ordering again after years of being a loyal customer”

“When ordering from bunches you get the option of royal mail or paying extra for guaranteed courier delivery. I paid the extra. Delivery came on Saturday morning when I was in the shower. The POSTMAN put a card through the door saying they had taken it back to the sorting office and delivery would be made on Monday. Contacted bunches to find out why it had been sent by royal mail. Was told that it had been sent by RM Courier service and that it was bunches policy that plants and flowers should be taken back to the sorting office. Why the hell would you do that? So a plant was going to sit over the weekend uncared for and allowed to go dry. That's why I chose courier - all the couriers that come here have the common sense to take undelivered parcels to neighbours. When delivery finally arrived on Monday it was delivered by my regular postman. Not TM Courier. So bunches are basically ripping people off with additional delivery charges. Attempts to get a satisfactory response from bunches have failed. Basically call centre staff reading from a script. Will go elsewhere next time where hopefully the customer service will get more professional.”

“Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day paid extra for delivery. Only for flowers to be delivered on the 15th of February!!!! I obviously understand that these things happen they offered zero help and just attached link to their delivery disclaimer!!! Thanks a bunch for mucking up my valentine day 👍”

“Absolute rip off for the price paid. Very small bouquet, smaller than a £15 one from a supermarket even when I opted for 'large'. Also started wilting within a week.”
