“Flowers were great but a more reliable delivery service would be better. The flowers didn't arrive until 6.30pm on the day they were needed even though they arrived at the local depot in the morning.”

“Use this service for my cousin who has cancer. One time out of five, flowers were delivered that had expired. We were able to get them replaced. Otherwise, I am satisfied with your company. Thank you”

“Order flowers as a surprise for my sister in law, as she was out the flowers were left in a place that she wouldn't have found and no note was put through the door , so if I hadn't of phoned to see if she liked she wouldn't have had a look for them. So overall I was very disappointed 😞 so please if the customer isn't in put a note through the door!”

“Everything seemed to be okay, except I have no way of knowing if the lady I sent the flowers to actually got the flowers. The verification picture shows a couple of boxes, in what looks like a Post Office sorting room, this verifies nothing in my opinion.”

“Arrived on time in good condition. Disappointed with choice. Just wish you do more colours in large carnations. I only order sprays because there was no other choice. My husband used to buy new pale orange carnations on our anniversary because they were in my wedding bouquet and now he is no longer with me I try to buy them for him . The spray I ordered was the only thing suitable.”

“I have used Bunches twice , the first time i was really happy, the second order i was very disappointed, the bunch of flowers looked tiny compared to the picture, I wouldn't have minded but it was a birthday present for the kids mum , I was goingbto ask for a refund but completely forgot, don't think il order from Bunches again .”

“The flowers are always lovely and I have used Bunches for many years and have never had a problem. However on my last order I was very upset with Royal Mail. On the morning of my delivery I was sent a message asking me to inform them of a "safe place" in case the recipient wasn't there. I dutifully put leave by the back door and then received a message to say I had changed the date of the delivery. I was mortified, as this was a gift to my sister for her birthday and I had ordered the flowers a week previous to ensure she got it on her birthday. I phoned the Royal Mail who couldn't change the date, I emailed bunches to see if they could help and even tried ringing the local post office but no-one answered. My sister received her flowers 3 days later.I was very upset and furious that the royal mail didn't make it clear they were changing the delivery date.”

“It would have been 5 stars but my second gift to the same friend had NO CARD in it and she had no idea who it was from and rang up another friend to ask if it was her as she had assumed that because I sent her a cheese hamper for her birthday that a lovely plant and birthday cake would not be from me too! I was very disappointed with this and very angry too and to be honest even though I did accept £5 worth of posy points towards my next purchase it does not detract from the fact that my friend had no idea who the gift was from and she had to ring up and I had to ring up Bunches. The gift card is such an important part of the birthday process! Having said that, I have bought her quite a few cheese hampers in the past as she really loves cheese and she loved this one with the smoked cheddar ertc and redonion relish.”

“The flowers themselves were beautiful but they did arrive a day late , now I realise it says on the website 96 % ( I think) would arrive on time, so it was just my bad luck but I thought as I was a first time customer and I ordered a few days before I wanted them delivered, they would have gone all out to deliver on time .”
