“My mother-in-law's Mother's Day flowers were delivered to the wrong address by Bunches carrier Royal Mail (a very obvious and straightforward address), so they did not arrive on Saturday as requested. However, on Monday, visitors to her house noticed the flowers had been thrown into a camelia bush, either carelessly by Royal Mail or by the person who mistakenly received them. (It is worth saying that there had been family coming and going all weekend who would easily have noticed the flowers if they had been there before Monday). Thankfully, the flowers remained in good condition; otherwise, I could only have given two stars. I rang bunches, and the buck was immediately passed to Royal Mail. The lady said that she couldn't do anything because the flowers were unharmed. I sent flowers for Mother's Day with a different company; you can guess who'll get our business next year.”

“Thought I would try Bunches instead of a local florist. Paid extra for Sunday delivery- didn’t arrive till Monday. Also would have expected more flowers for the price I paid.”

“Delivery (next day) for Mother's Day was spot-on. Actual flowers were however somewhat sparse and lacking compared to the photo of what was ordered. Somewhat disappointed.”

“Flowers arrived on time and packaged appropriately but the amount of flowers was very sparse compared to the photo. I appreciate there were a fair few buds still to bloom but I still don’t feel like it was anywhere near the photo advertised. Disappointed.”

“For £30 I wasn’t very satisfied with the flowers, the flowers weren’t very big and not very full- the ones in the supermarket are bigger/prettier and less expensive”

“The card arrived on Thursday 3rd April for Mother’s Day, and not on Saturday 29th March as expected. I did contact customer service services and ask for a refund and was told that it was an issue with Royal mail so I didn’t get the refund. The quality of the card and print is very nice though. Delivered 5 days after order.”

“Great delivery in time for Mother’s Day but my wife was very underwhelmed with the flowers. They definitely looked better online. We thought that they might improve after being put into water but no they didn’t. There was not much life left in them.”

“Whilst the flowers were lovely, the large bunch we ordered (19 stems) looked nothing like the picture on the website which clearly had significantly more than 19 stems. It’s a shame that the online photos are misleading.”

“I recently ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mom. I was extremely delighted to receive the flowers the next day, thank you. However, I was slightly disappointed in the state of the flowers. The greenery and some of the flowers were drooping, sadly.”
