“Until my most recent ordr, I have always been very pleased with the flowers delivered from Bunches. This last particular bunch, and I have ordered exactly the same flowers a number of times, were much less healtht and bright and not nearly bautiful as previous orders. This was a shame as they were for a friend who needed cheering. I suspect they will not have lasted as long as previous orders, though I have not been able to check this due to the ongoing hospitalisation of my friend. I was disappointe and probably shoud have repiortd this, biut other things overtook me.”

“Flowers were beautiful but the complimentary card was stuck under the box. The person I sent it to didn’t know who it came from. Other companies put the card inside. Thank god I msgd them on delivery date.”

“Although the actual flowers and packaging was lovely, the actual bouquet was much much smaller then was indicated in the image. Im talking about 2 blooms and 3 sprigs/leaves. Didn't even fill the smallest vase they had”

“Usually very pleased with bunches... The quality of flowers are great. Unfortunately this time i sent 2 orders to the same address in sympathy for the loss of a family member. Unfortunately only one was delivered on time and this has implications that my friend thought i had not sent her a gift too.”

“I have used Bunches for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the flowers I’d purchased for friends and/or relatives. However the last bunch I ordered for Mrs J Cooper didn’t contain all the advertised flowers (it was Blue Moon and didn’t contain any thistles). I don’t have any photographic evidence, sadly.”
