“Delivery was arranged for 9th March however delivery was made on the 8th and flowers left outside in the rain. They were not found until the 9th when recipient returned home from a short break”

“I bought a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day and a couple other bits to go with it and when the flowers arrived, there were barely any there. The quality wasn’t great and these were not up to the standard advertised. I expected the Bouquet of flowers on display, not the 8 flowers that arrived”

“I ordered a large in these flowers and got some filler pieces to go with them and the bunch of flowers when I saw them were more like an extra small, even with the filler pieces. Lovely flowers and would recommend based on that but the price and sizes are deceiving. Don’t expect a large when you order them, I was gutted, my mum wasn’t but I definitely wouldn’t pay the price for them considering the amount I got. Thank you very much for the good quality flowers and delivery though”

“I ordered the Florist's Choice Letterbox for Mother's day and when they arrived I was unimpressed with how they looked. Frankly, they looked withered and like they wouldn't last more than a day. I couldn't give these to my mum since, after all what is required is the "wow" factor when you present them. I disliked them so much, I trotted off to M&S and bought a bouquet of pink roses, which my mum loved. I did put the Bunches flowers in a vase with the feed and low and behold, 2 days later, they looked amazing. In fact, they're still going strong today, a week later. They are extraordinary. That said, I would know better the next time and I wouldn't purchase a letterbox bouquet for my mum as she would be disappointed initially. The three stars rather than five is for the disappointment at first sight, having to go and purchase another bouquet and that the photos on your website do not accurately depict what you will in fact receive. So, I would say buy these for yourself and be patient but think twice if you're going to give them to someone on a special occasion.”

“Was easy to pick out what flowers I wanted but when they arrived they weren't as full as the pictures showed. Delivery was quick though so that's a good thing, did arrive a day earlier than I intended.”

“Have used Bunches many times and always been happy with the flowers delivered. This time, for Mother's Day, I was disappointed with them. Admittedly, the quality was good but the quantity in the bunch compared to the price didn't match.”
