“Very beautiful flower but this is the second time I have had problems with the delivery. The first one was delivered when the person out and left in her porch with no note of delivery so she didnt see them until 2 days later and I had messaged her to ask if she had received them. The second delivery was left in the recycle bin again woth no note and if I hadn't have messaged her that day to say I hope your like your present she wouldn't of checked around to make sure they were delivered. Impressed with the flower but not happy with the delivery system.”

“Last order. Flowers ok. Delivery not so. Letterbox flowers were not put through letterbox- no obstruction therefore no reason not to post through letter box.”

“My friend who was the recipient of these flowers was really pleased with them. She was very grateful & loved them. However knowing how much I spent on this bouquet of flowers I was actually really disappointed with the photo she sent to me of her flowers. I just don’t think they they were value for money, especially since a charge for delivery is added. I definitely wouldn’t order that bouquet of flowers again.”

“Always great products. Only issue is an afternoon tea purchased was delivered at 5 p.m. on the day of friends birthday. Would have been more appropriate to receive earlier on the day, without paying more for a reasonable delivery time.”

“Flowers arrived on time which was good. I was a little disappointed with the bouquet which was for my mums birthday as I feel they did not fully represent what I chose and ordered online and there was excess greenery in The bouquet which is a filler and not what you pay for in my opinion. A couple of the flower stems had been bent, which I presume happened in transit.”

“This is the first time I feel let down. Post office had problems sending to the correct depot, so the flowers for a 21st birthday didn’t arrive until two days later, I know this is not the fault of Bunches, all I got was an email telling me of the delay, very frustrating.”

“Whilst the flowers are lovely, I wish this company would use a carrier other than Royal Mail. The recipient of my recent order did not receive them until 5.15 pm on the day of her birthday. The weather had been very hot and when the flowers arrived the damp packaging had all dried out. I don't think I will continue to use Bunches, unless they change their courier.”

“I sent a Letter Box, box of flowers to my granddaughter for her birthday. She sent me a photo of what arrived and I was so disappointed as they looked nothing like the picture on the website. Delivery arrived on the day I requested.”

“Arrived on time, thank you. Upon opening was more than a little underwhelmed with what had been included. However, I followed the instructions and hoped that they would look better once bloomed (as per the notes) but alas, no. I feel you pay more for the delivery than the quality and amount of flowers.”

“One star for the flowers and two for customer services = 3! For the first time ever, both I and the recipient were disappointed with the flowers from Bunches. I had ordered the Amethyst Dream but what arrived looked like something from a garage forecourt costing about £3.99 rather than the £23 I had paid. On sending photos to customer services, I received a reply almost immediately, telling me that the flower would open further and contact them again if we were still unhappy. The issue has not yet been resolved but the disappointment of the recipient on her special day will not be forgotten. Great customer service, but can't say that about the flowers this time.”

“Pretty disappointed with size of bouquet given the price, seems like a significant mark up on local florist albeit they will no doubt last longer. They were well packaged and arrived when expected.”

“I'm sure the flowers were lovely, as they usually are. But dispatching them late on the evening before they were due to be delivered (to the Highlands of Scotland no less) was never going to yield a delivery on time.”
