“The flowers were lovely , delivery was not good . Arrived day late , Royal Mail not reliable . Have to pay more to get guaranteed delivery, why order for special occasions , when they may not arrive , on day specified”

“The bouquet had of course been a box over night when the weather was very hot & was not looking it's best on arrival, in fact looked un revivable. It did however recover but I'm not sure the flowers lasted as long as they should. I don't this is a problem you can correct”

“Paid for a card which never arrived with the flowers so the recipient didn't actually know who they were from. It wasn't until I ended up messaging to ask if the flowers arrived that they knew who sent them. Not over impressed at this basic omission”

“I recently received a campanula plant in a pot as a gift and was very pleased with it. I sent a similar plant to another friend but she was disappointed. She said when the plant was delivered the soil was very dry and she thought the pot was too big for the plant”

“Prices were "from" as delivery and a card are extra. As these flowers were for someone else I will not ba able to coment on quality or deliver.”

“Flowers okay. But just be aware if you select the stastandard delivery (which royal fail imply is the next day ) it won’t get delivered until day 2 This is despite two email updates from Royal Fail giving a timed window of delivery for the next Day Whole thing completely ruined the whole point of purchase Would suggest this company only offer one delivery service abd make sure it is guaranteed rather than implying the delviery is next day”

“Ordered a large bunch of what should have been mainly purple flowers. Recipient sent me a photo and there were lots of large white carnations spoiling the effect wanted. Delivered when wanted Recipient like them”

“O Mauve magic ordered for my old school friend Mrs Ann Saunders. We attended Nonsuch School tog from 1952 to 1958. She found the fowers on her front step whilst she was out. She said the bunch only contained 3 Alstramairea, which was very disaappoointing. I also find your website very difficult to follow. I am fortunate to have a husband to help me, but my friend is not so able to do so”

“I am usually very happy with Bunches but on this occasion I am very disappointed because the flowers were delivered after 7 pm. They were for a birthday present, it would mean more if they were delivered at the beginning of the day than at the end!”

“It is impossible to give a proper review a I sent the flowers. I did not receive them. I don't know what they looked like, how long they lasted etc etc, I can only comment that I was disappointed they only arrived at 1900 on the delivery day.”

“I chose a "letterbox" bunch, so it could be delivered when they were out (as I knew they would be). But they attempted delivery, and said they couldn't deliver as no-one was in, and it had to re redelivered the following day. What is the point of a letterbox option if they won't deliver unless someone is in!”

“While it was really easy to order a bouquet of flowers, and they came on time and were very well packaged, I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet with respect to what I paid for it, for this reason I mostly likely will not repeat custom.”
