“Disappointed. Pink Roses and Freesias ordered for Mothers Day and although bouquet lasted reasonably well, most of the roses were already brown at the tip of the petals on arrival so looked pretty ragged.”

“delivery was good on time ..but when I saw the flowers I was very disapointed hardly any stems when I visited my mother in law and saw them I thought she must have split them and had a vase elsewhere but no this was it what there was was lovely ..but not as expected ..Mother in law was pleased thougth”

“I was disappointed that I did not receive an email or text or anything to say that my flowers have been delivered. I only knew they had been delivered when the recipricant emailed me to thank me. When I ordered the flowers I was told I would receive an email upon their delivery but I received nothing. Not good business”

“The photo in the advertisment of the flowers was not as it arrived. I felt the amount of flowers was not as great as the image showed. However, they were very much appreciated for Mothers Day.”

“Good service but a bit disappointed in the number of flowers. I know that the product description says ‘x number of stems’ but I went by the photo which shows it with far more stems than the 25. I felt a bit misled.”

“I ordered a potted Rose as an early Mothers Day gift for my Mum as the Azalea I ordered from you last year was beautiful. When the Rose arrived it looked lovely, with some flowers open & others in bud. Unfortunately now the buds have started to open the petals are brown & dying.”

“The flowers ordered were for a birthday. These did not arrive on the day. Bunches use Royal Mail, who are beyond useless. When I contacted Royal Mail they told me they had attempted to deliver and no one was in. My daughter in law has a camera on the front of the property, and no one had attempted delivery. The flowers, which had sat somewhere in Royal Mail for 3 days, were eventually delivered, by leaving the box outside of the property, late that evening. No notification, or ring on the door bell. I will never use any company that uses Royal Mail again.”
