“Arrived on time- we’re as picture. Easy ordering and delivery process. Will use again. I thought courier would mean they came present in a bouquet, they were delivered in a box the same as if royal mail would deliver.”

“No problem with ordering or delivery but I was slightly disappointed with the size of the bunch. Not sure if this is a reflection of the cost of everything these days but for around £40 ish I was expecting something a more impressive.”

“My mother-in-law's Mother's Day flowers were delivered to the wrong address by Bunches carrier Royal Mail (a very obvious and straightforward address), so they did not arrive on Saturday as requested. However, on Monday, visitors to her house noticed the flowers had been thrown into a camelia bush, either carelessly by Royal Mail or by the person who mistakenly received them. (It is worth saying that there had been family coming and going all weekend who would easily have noticed the flowers if they had been there before Monday). Thankfully, the flowers remained in good condition; otherwise, I could only have given two stars. I rang bunches, and the buck was immediately passed to Royal Mail. The lady said that she couldn't do anything because the flowers were unharmed. I sent flowers for Mother's Day with a different company; you can guess who'll get our business next year.”

“I always use bunches when I send flowers as they are always very nice on arrival I know this as I ask who I have send them too and always get a photo to check myself I’ve had no issues what so ever care and attention to detail and always follow my delivery instructions fast and efficient service would use no other”

“Ordered the XL bouquet for £48, the flowers arrived in two packages and two bunches which led the receiver to think they had sent one by mistake. I told them this was not the case after council the stems in each bouquet. Sadly even when combined they did not amount to an “XL” by the standard of other companies. Would probably not order from this site in future.”
