“The flowers were a gift to a friend who is unwell. She is really pleased with them. They look beautiful (she sent me a photo). You were let down, Bunches, by Royal Mail who, not only didn't deliver on time but also didn't bother to ring the doorbell or knock on the door when they finally did deliver.”

“I am in Ontario Canada and my sister is in Scotland. I sent her a hamper for her birthday. I was provided with a tracking number and it was delivered to her on time and she loved it. She said it was delivered by a very nice, friendy gentleman”
