“I purchased these as a gift and was told they were beautiful. I was disappointed to see Royal Mail had left them on the doorstep on a very hot day. Thankfully they survived.”

“Bunches never fail to deliver what you order, but it would be nice to see the picture of what is sent, before the recipient receives them. I sent a yellow roses pot plant to an elderly lady who can't send me a photo of the flowers that were delivered. She did say they were lovely and her favourite colour. Thank you Bunches.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry your gift didn't arrive on the date you would have liked, and we understand how disappointing this must have been for you. The tracked 24 service you opted for can take up to 2 working days to arrive, however, a very high percentage of orders do arrive on your selected date but sadly can fall into the following working day. “I have always been very happy with ordering from Bunches, but now I’m not so sure. Last week I tried to order flowers but the website but had difficulty. In the end I found I’d ordered the flowers three times, so then I tried to delete 2 of them, but that didn’t work so I rang up Customer Services. A very pleasant girl then ordered them for me, I paid by credit card and all was well, I thought. My sister rang and thanked me for the lovely flowers and that was it. However,last Sunday I rang to find out how she was and she said ‘why did you send me 2 bunches, 1 would have been enough?’ It turned out that one was sent from the internet booking and the other from my phone booking! I rang up but was told it was up to me to check that the internet one had been cancelled as they’re separate entities! I will be very careful in future.”
