“I get all my flowers from Bunches, I think they're great value for money, this recent experience was no different in terms of product received, but... I paid extra to have them delivered on a Sunday (Mother's Day) and they didn't arrive until Monday, and looking at their tracking no attempt was made on the Sunday at all, which was dissapointing; 1) to loose money on a Sunday delivery which didn't happen and 2) to have to explain to Mum that I had ordered something, but it had been delayed.”

“As they were unrapped a lot of the Carnation heads fell off, I trimed the bottoms as per instructions and placed them in warm water as directed, the water was topped up with warm water every two days, All the flowers had passed by the following Friday I did contact the company who apolgised and offered to send replacements but as of Saturday the 5th of April none had arrived”

“I'd ordered a Mother's day bunch for £30 and what came was the equivalent to a £3 sprig. It was a total rip off and did not even remotely resemble the bunch I had oredered for my mother.”

“Ordered three bunches of flowers for Mother’s Day and they all arrived by 10am on the day. All the mum’s loved their flowers and said they lasted really well. Will definitely use bunches again next I need flowers. 🙏”

“Mum was very pleased with her Mother's Day flowers, which are still looking beautiful. They arrived on the day and the only reason this isn't a 5* review is that I ordered letterbox flowers and she commented that the box would not have fit through the letterbox.”

“The (mainly) carnation bunch of flowers I ordered as a Mother's Day gift arrived on the day I chose. I had read on the website that the flowers would be in bud form, however, I had not realised how small this would make the bunch look. They were seriously underwhelming and I was disappointed when my Mum showed them to me. I was very upset at my mistake. I will check them again (now just over a week later) and I hope that they have opened up and look similar to the website.”
