“I bought flowers for a recently bereaved friend. She was very happy with them and the speed of delivery. She was particularly touched by the sunflower seeds added to the order. As these were something regularly grown by her husband it was a beautiful and unexpected touch.”

“Pre-book a week in advance flowers for my mother in laws birthday and they were late. The tracking showed them being sent to the wrong delivery office on the day i selected delivery, when i spoke to bunches online they said they had until 7pm that evening to deliver them. They did not get to her until the next afternoon.”
