Always used Bunches & most of the time flowers and plants have arrived in great condition…However I ordered a bunch of Bunches own choice & they arrived late & because of the hot weather most had wilted…

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey therefore the bouquet will look a little smaller than shown. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Despite complaining about the quality of my order a reply was sent which was stating the obvious and not addressing my complaint. I will not be ordering from Bunches again.

I wrote a card with flowers I ordered Thinking about you From Evelyn & Shireen. 4 Days later I went to visit & asked if they got flowers, They had no idea who they were from as they showed me the card it only said thinking about you with no names, My Sister is 90 & her very ill Husband is 95. Disgusting!!!

As you placed your order on our website, we only print what is written, on this occasion there was no names on the card. We do not question what is written on the card as not all customer put their name. We do provide a confirmation of the order so that this can be checked and any amendments can be made prior to dispatch. I really can't give a review. The flowers were sent, it seems the address was wrong, but it took a week for the flowers to be returned to Bunches. They have therefore perished. So no flowers, no chance of refund. If the flowers had been returned in the same efficient manner as delivery, there might have been a chance of recovering the flowers. They could have been sent back to me! But hey, it was my fault for getting the address wrong. You live and learn

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that an incorrect address was provided that led to a failed delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long Royal Mail take to return a gift to us. As we deal with perishable products, we would be unable to send the gift out again, even if this was returned sooner, as we would be unable to guarantee the freshness. Ordered on a Friday and was led to believe would be delivered on the Saturday. Weren’t delivered until Sunday afternoon. The flowers had been sent out Friday evening. They were not fresh and healthy when they arrived. Very disappointed and will not be using again or recommending!

The pictures on the website are way too different from what I received. Inspite of booking flowers 2 days in advance, they arrived a lot later than expected. This was the first & last time with Bunches.

Not happy at all, zero customer service. I ordered in plenty of time for the flowers to be delivered for a dear friend's birthday. They did not arrive until the day after, no apology, nothing just a template response. I will not be using this unreliable company that doesn't care, and just wants your money with no service!

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. Sent flowers to manager as a get well. The flower’s received were nothing like the picture on website. Only half of the flowers shown in the picture. Very disappointed. Emailed to complain over a week ago and no acknowledgment whatsoever.

My sisters birthday was 24th August, received email to say they would be delivered that day, between 13:06 and 14:06, received another email saying "sorry our driver missed you" then receive another email saying it would be the 25th, my sister stayed in all day on the 24th. First and last time I use this company, my sister is an elderly widow and I felt so sad and disappointed for her not to get her flowers on her birthday.

Very disappointed with the two bunches of flowers I had delivered. The quality was good but the flowers don’t match or look as full as the photographs on the website.

The flowers which arrived for my wife resembled nothing like the photos of the bouquet on the Bunches website. I had to add some other flowers from home to make up the bouquet for my anniversary. I don't think I will order from Bunches again.
