As much as I dislike giving bad reviews I ordered these flowers from you on recommendation for a friend who is going through a tough time, and thought they would make her smile. I asked her to send me a picture as she seemed pleased that I had taken time to send her some flowers to cheer her up . Well I’m sorry to say I was disappointed with what I saw. A few carnations and a sprig of greenery with white flowers. I could have got much more from my local supermarket. I realise I have to take delivery into consideration but I was not impressed with my purchase. I did look at your website for a review page but could not find and I suppose I should have rang , but thought I would not get any response. I await your reply in anticipation. Regards Mrs Ninnis

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. A photograph of flowers sent to my friend recently left me less than impressed and more than a little upset. A £2.50 bunch of carnations I purchased at Asda were far superior. As someone who has used Bunches for several years I am sorry to say I will now look elsewhere for my floral gifts.

I bought a bouquet for a friend who was directing a school show. When it came it was tiny and would hardly fill a vase. I had to run out to the coop to buy more flowers to pad it out a bit. I'm so glad I ordered it for the day before or I'd have had no time.

Did not deliver and kept the money I ordered for delivery to a hospital it was never delivered

Very disappointed with my order. Not the large size I ordered. Very flat looking and sparse. I have used bunches for years without any complaints.

The web page had an illustration of the more expensive version of the bunch of flowers, with the price of the cheaper version. Is this even legal? Unfortunately I noticed too late.

Thank you for your review. We can confirm that the image of the bouquet that was purchased is the correct bouquet. As advised on our webpage the flowers are sent in bud, therefore the image online would look fuller than the bouquet received until all the blooms have opened. We show the image in full bloom to show our customers what the bouquet can look like once arranged and given time to bloom. The flowers arrived on time, however, we received flowers that were the wrong colour. They were not the Danson purple like in the photo and instead were pink. Disappointed, as we have used Bunches before and the flowers were lovely. We will not be using them again.

I ordered x2 bunches of flowers to be deliver to 2 different addresses. First time inused Bunches, I will not be using them again. Flowers looked really bad, was mostly stems and leaves hardly any flowers. It looked NOTHING like the pictures. I wouldn't recommend or use Bunches again. Very disappointed to say the least.

I was very disappointed with the flowers these were a gift. I ordered a large bunch and when arrived it was a very small arrangement. They only latest a few days. I won't be recommending Bunches to family and friends.

Not what the picture looked like, of the flowers that I ordered for my daughters birthday, very disappointed as I feel I could have picked up a better bunch in the local garage for less than £10. Will not be using them again. J Doughty.

This is the first time I have used this company but other reviews seemed good. I asked my daughter what the flowers were like that I sent her and this is her reply 'Umm I’m afraid I almost complained on your behalf but didn’t in the end. The roses were all brown and curled up at the edges and never opened, they just died. And of all the Lillies only one opened after a week and by that point the rest of it was well past it. But it’s the thought that counts!' So unfortunately not a good experience.

I wasn’t happy with my order. Some of the flowers were falling off the stem. For the price paid I would have expected the flowers to look like the ones in the advertising photos.

Overpriced and totally underwhelmed by the size of the arrangement once the stems were placed in a vase. Will never buy again.

The bunches shown online were much bigger and fuller than the one that was delivered. I was very disappointed when I was sent photos from the person that received them.

I was disgusted to be honest with the flowers! I was away for our anniversary! And when I saw the pictures off the gift.. I was disgusted! I have used you before many times and been satisfied.. But this time…. NO! Especially for not being present on our anniversary!
