“Your flowers have always been marvellous but my mother’s flowers were all crushed this time and I didn’t find out until I returned from holiday. My mum was very disappointed as it was her birthday.”

“Royal mail just dumped flowers on doorstep where they remained all night in torrential rain until they were discovered next day not at their best rather dissapointed not your fault Royal mail at fault it seems.”
