We received information from Royal Mail that the person was not known at the address provided at the point of purchase and they flowers were then returned back to us. “i accumulated years of posey points and greedy, dishonest Bunches removed them! i now use other vendors as well as bunches. WORSE out of the blue came a charge to 'track' delivery. i do not need this yet there is no option to remove it. it is bogus and I think it is probably illegal.m you are an unnecessarily greedy company,, it's a shame because the flowers and service is good.”

“Not worth it, I paid good money for flowers and they did not look like image advertised. The flowers were just stems, flowers were yet to bloom. Not the best gift”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “My bouquet came in a sturdy cardboard box and the content inside was perfectly stored without damage. My flowers bloomed beautifully and it looked better than what you get from the florist outside. Highly recommended!”
