“Lovely flowers. But delivery a farce. I paid extremely money to have delivery on a Saturday. Got a time slot of 4.30 -5.30!!!!! Then delays so not delivered until after 6pm. By then the recipient had gone out for the night and didn't return until 10pm on Sunday night. I had to tell her about the flowers so surprise was ruined. But the flowers were lovely and she was pleased with them. Won't ever pay for selected day delivery again. Waste of money.”

“The flowers i ordered were for a friend`s retirement. They arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful and fresh. My friend loved them, and said that the colours were pretty and they lasted for a long time. I always use Bunches, and will continue to do so, as they are professional, swift with deliveries and always have top quality flowers.”

“I have used Bunches for some years now. I find they offer great choice of flowers, to suit all requirements and budgets. Prices are good, you earn points to get discounts off future orders. I like that you can choose the day of delivery, so you can make sure the flowers arrive for a special occassion. Never been late, I would recommend.”

“Flowers were beautiful but RoyaL Mail need a kick up the backside. Having tried to deliver the flowers twice (half hour between each attempt) on the day requested, they then attempted the same on the following day. On the 2nd attempt they left them outside the recipients door. Could have they not done that on the first attempt on the previous day ? The flat was in a building so they must have access.”
