“I would've expected the flowers to arrive somewhat arranged, but it was a rather DYI. Also, the card was missing despite even paying a bit extra. Not much, but the charge was there. I had to ask the person I sent them to if they received the flowers. I can't say that the bouquet shown on the website matched what was received. They were pretty, but...”
