“I thought it might be good to send my wife something and decided a plant would be a good idea. I had always found cut flowers from Bunches to be very attractive, but not the plant which was supposed to be a bonsai, but was a pile of roots with a sprig of vegetation on top. I wrote to Bunches who replied saying: "After reviewing the image, this appear to look very similar to the image we have displayed on our website consider the different angle it has been taken from. As you have mentioned, this is a natural product and will not grow exactly the same. If you wish to return the item you can do this by sending this back to the address below. Please note, we do not cover any postal charges." So after being a satified customer for several years I now receive frequent messages offering me discounts which simply make me even more angry. We obviously differ on our views, and I am the one that loses out as a result. Does bunches really want to lose a customer simply because they are being rigid. I could have put several orders their way in past months, but if they are going to force the customer to pay to return anything that is substandard, and accept no responsibility why should I shop with them? What happened to "The Customer is Always Right"?”
