“Great range of bouquets well price I ordered by phone very pleasant Lady who was very helpful and not clinical or reading from a script have used bunches for several years always been a success except once but they immediately sorted out problem and took full responsibility for it although it wasn't all their fault What more could you want”

“My bouquet arrived in good condition. The alstromeria were in bud and a bit floppy but as stated soon perked up. 1 week on the flowers look as good as new. I would certainly recommend Bunches. Good value for money.”

“Regularly use Bunches and am happy with the product. However, I have been dissappointed with the delivery process. It seems that the couriers do not leave a note at the delivery address if they have left the gift elsewhere. On this last ocassion, I received an email to tell me that the parcel had been left with a neighbour. So, I had to message the intended recipient to tell them to go and collect it from the neighbour. This somewhat spoilt the suprise of receiving an unexpected gift!”
