“Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Asked for them to be delivered on the Saturday before. Did not get delivered until Monday, after Mother's Day. My mother was out but lives in a block of flats, and they should have been delivered to a neighbour”

“Have used for a number of years as a sender and receiver but last year (Mother’s Day) was not impressed. The flowers I received were already in bloom and the roses were well passed there best! The bunch didn’t even last a week! The flowers I sent also not in bud form as stated and half were broken . Not impressed so won’t be using again”

“Disappointed. Pink Roses and Freesias ordered for Mothers Day and although bouquet lasted reasonably well, most of the roses were already brown at the tip of the petals on arrival so looked pretty ragged.”
