“I ordered a bouquet for my sister's 26th Wedding Anniversary and was very disappointed with the flowers. To restore my trust you will need to do better. I have informed you of the situation, and have sent you photos of the flowers but you have not responded. If you wish for your customers to place future orders the you really need to look after them by taking their complaints seriously.”

“Very impressed with the quality of the flowers on arrival. Have had postal flowers that arrive limp and underwhelming while they recover from transit these looked beautiful from the moment they arrived. Delivery was perfect and on time. Will definitely use Bunches again.”

“Flowers arrived, carefully packed, on the day requested via DPD. Although additional cost Birthday flowers need to be on the actual day which Royal Mail cannot guarantee. Roses and Fresias with a nice amount of greenery to make a nice display in a vase. The flowers have lasted for 7 days which is about right. Would definitely use Bunches again and will be recommending to friends and family.”
