“I have ordered many times from Bunches but my feed back is the flowers are very small bunches when they arrive, I still try to give business in hope this will be resolved and they have always been reliable which is a big positive.”

“I liked the bouquet, but was disappointed that the roses arrived turning brown at the edges of the petals. I just hope this was a bad batch, and will still order from Bunches again, as I like their company ethos. But I hope next time for a better experience.”

“Unfortunately the boquet scheduled for a Saturday delivery didn't arrive until Monday by which time a number of the flowers were beyond recovery. Although held up at the mail office it might be better to send a day early at least the flowers would still be fresh.”

“A delivery a full day before the selected date was not what I expected and could have proved difficult as a birthday surprise. Unusual and a tad inconvenient, but hey,!!! Following questions a bit irrelevant given the issue raised, not delivered to me as a gift to relative at their address, no idea of who delivered it, or how many days the delivery took .....it was a full day early...weird!”

“The flowers looked amazing when they arrived. The only problem was that they lasted about 5 days before the roses died. We were expecting the flowers to last a bit longer! Delivery was good so no complaints there.”

“Normally very pleased with the service but on this occasion the flowers were delivered to the wrong caravan park. They found their way to the correct address eventually, unfortunately the day after Mother’s Day.”

“In the past the bunches have been great, cheap and lasted long. This time however the cost was more expensive, no free chocolates either. The purple flowers only lasted 3 days once opened. I bought this bunch for the purple, my mother likes purple.”

“I ordered a bunch of lovely flowers for Mother’s Day and the flowers I chose looked lovely. When I chose the date of the delivery I received on the day an email with tracking details however the tracking details were not working and wouldn’t allow me to track the delivery. So when my mum has received them I asked her to send me the picture and I was so disappointed and upset that the flowers were the right ones however they were not a big bunch and didn’t even look like a bouquet as displayed on the website.”

“The Flowers were Beautiful but because I don't go on the Computer until 12.00 I had an anxious wait to see if they would come, the person who delivered them did not ring the bell or knock when they were delivered which would have been helpful, If you didn't want to ring the bell or knock you could have asked for my mobile number so I could have been texted when they arrived.”

“For every occasion I always use bunches but unfortunately for Mother’s Day her bouquet arrived with a rose already dead and the flowers that did live weren’t arranged properly and where at completely different heights. Disappointing.”

“I wasn't very happy with the condition of the flowers. Some were withering and broken when they were received. Also, I added extra baby's breathe but compared to another bouquet it was not any different. I paid some £36, but not happy with it.”
