Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I have used Bunches for many years but lately I am disappointed that main feature flowers (Roses/Carnations) are only lasting 3/4 days while filler flowers are lasting 10 days or more. I am sad about this.”

“Disappointing. The freesias were fine but the roses advertised as "in bud" were in bloom and two of those were past their best.”

“We were delighted with the bouquet of flowers that arrived from Binches for our wedding anniversary, However, we were very disappointed with the azalea that was also ordered. Although we followed the instructions, the plant has not flourished and looks very sorry for itself. This is the first time we have purchased a plant from Bunches, however, it we would not be confident to order a plant again.”

We do provide the full bouquet content on our website so that customers are aware of the amount of stems that would be received. Our flowers are sent in bud as much as possible, therefore once the buds start to open this does give a fuller look to the arrangement. Thank you for your review. We are sorry you have been disappointed no greenery was included with this bouquet. We do provide the content of the bouquet so that customers are aware of what they are purchasing. This bouquet is a basic 12 stem arrangement and does not include greenery, however we do offer Gypsophila that can be purchased to complement the arrangement. Kind Regards Bunches

“The flowers, cake and chocs arrived on time for my sister's birthday. She says the flowers were in bud, and are still not opened a week later. She hopes they'll smell nice when they do.”

“The flowers i ordered for my sister in law were fresh but have to say the amount you got was not worth the money £17 for a very small bunch of carnations which I could of picked up at the shop for £5 very disappointing.”

“Great, user-friendly website and a good selection of flowers and add-ons. Prices very reasonable. But the flowers I sent to my daughter to congratulate her on her new job looked nothing like the ones I'd chosen. They were sparse and a bit pathetic looking. My daughter said they'd probably be fine in a couple of days when they'd had chance to open up but two days later, although they had opened up, the colours were nothing like the photo on the website and they still looked extremely sparse, even though the vase they were in was completely suitable. Quite disappointed even though my daughter was still chuffed that she'd received flowers full-stop.”

“Ok for money paid. received message at 8.05am to say undelivered but actual delivery said undelivered at 10 15am. Delivery was actually made to a neighbour but was not informed.”

“I ordered the Whisper arrangement because it seemed to have tall fronds reaching above the line of the rest of the flowers. it was for a friend who had been bereaved and I liked the wispy, delicate feel of the fronds. My friend sent me a picture and.although the flowers were lovely they were all the same height. On further examination there were some blue flowers which were taller but they had bent over, They may have come up after a day or tow-I don't know. I was disappointed that it did not have the effect of reaching upward that I had been hoping for.”

“The spray carnations were beautifully fresh. Only one complaint...when I received them the freisas were not good and not up to your normal standard! Disappointing. My friend is pleased with the alstramarias I sent to her.”

“I paid extra for delivery on a specific day as this was a surprise birthday gift and they tried to deliver a day early. I managed to rearrange as there would have been no one there. When the flowers were delivered the rose petals were a little brown which was disappointing”
