“The flowers were lovely, but I ordered a cake also, which did not arrive. I emailed blooms to let them know of this and said they would send a replacement one. This is a week later and it's still not arrived. Not impressed”

“There was unfortunately no water in base for the flowers, which left the receiver concerned and rushed to put them in to a vase.”

“Flowers arrived late afternoon, I saw photos from the recipient and they were in a bit of a drab state. Not as fresh and perky as on the website which was a shame. Personally I felt they were overpriced and underwhelming, especially considering the extra cost for a courier. But all the promised stems were there and they arrived on time so maybe I was expecting too much...”

“When the flowers arrived on Mother’s Day, some of the stems were broken on some flowers, some petals had fallen off the flowers and some of the flowers had bloomed compared to the other flowers which had not.”

“I purchased a bunch of flowers for mothers day about 2 weeks prior to my first mother's day to my partner. I was really happy with the service, as in receiving them at a good time with a Sunday delivery. But I was upset of the conditions how they arrived. I received a dozen naked flowers. Which looked like they were depressingly social distancing from one another. For the price I payed I could have gone to a supermarket and received much better ones.”

“THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED BUNCHES. THE FLOWERS WERE OK I SUPPOSE. BUT I CANNOT HELP FEELING THAT I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER WITH MY USUAL SUPPLIER, FOR THE PRICE I PAID FOR YOUR BUNCH. ALSO ON TOP OF IT YOU CHARGED ME FOR DELIVERY WHEN YOUR WEB SITE SAYS DELIVERY IS FREE.”

“We ordered yellow and white bouquet for Mother's Day but she received only white, therefore this is acceptable but not what we ordered and living as far away as we do and the fact that we have not seen her for over a year now we were relying on you to brighten her day.”

“Flowers arrived on time and well packed. I was kept informed at all stages. The flowers were for my mum for Mother’s Day. When she called to say thank you, I asked what they were like, she was a little hesitant but said they were nice even though there was a lot of greenery. When I dropped off her shopping a few days later, she bought them to the door for me to see, I was a bit disappointed by how few flowers there actually were and there was a lot of greenery. I have had flowers from Bunches before and they were lovely, so as I say, a little disappointed this time, hence the 3 stars.”

“I purchased some flowers for Mother's Day. I was a little disappointed with how the flowers looked on arrival as they were all just in bud, so nothing like the picture on the website. However within a day or so they had opened up and are now very pretty. It might be worth highlighting this boldly on the website so people know what to expect as I can imagine many people expected a lovely bouquet to arrive and when buying as a gift they look very sad on arrival. Other than that we are very happy with the service”

“It was not VERY NICE when my daughter sent a photo after receiving Mothering Sunday flowers from me..i could see they were not the ones I ordered with no Butterflies. i have since sent flowers from another supplier & have been very happy! I have been very happy with Bunches over the years & am sad to have to find another supplier. Thank you for past deliveries with never a problem.”

“There just wasn't alot of flowers compared to what you seen on the picture advisertised on the website. The quality is very good, delivery is perfect. But unfortunately they just wasn't really a bunch more of a handful 😕”

“My mother liked the flowers, very much. She lives in a small block of flats (postman has a key), hence happy to use Royal Mail tracked with Bunches, yet they didn’t use the intercom (she was in all day) or just leave them in the secure postal area, so she had to go out to collect them the next day! She has no car and I don’t think it’s right to get a 78 yr old to go get her own flowers for Mother’s day (20mins walk, one way). I could have sent her some money and she could have bought her own for much less than these if I knew that was going to happen.”

“I have ordered twice from bunches, the first time was a hamper which was very. The second was a bunch of flowers and many of the flowers were crushed or damaged on arrival. Not sure I would again in the future as taking care with delivery is important to me”
