My Son and Daughter in law used this company to send me flowers for my birthday. I know they will be upset when I tell them of the poorly presented flowers that I received. 2 bunches of tulips thrown into a box with no thought going into presenting them in a way that would please the person receiving them. Very disappointed. 20 tulips presented as a lovely bouquet in Waitrose for half the price that Bunches are charging !

Sorry but my last order was very disappointing Did not match the photograph and as it was labelled as a popular choice I was surprised Previous orders have been very good and this is why I registered. If this is how you treat registered customers I will not be bringing my custom back

Really dissapointed not like the pictures on website at all and so not worth £37 more like £5 sorry. I ordered these flowers for my daughters 21st so dissapointed.

Bought the eternal heart for my fiancé and when I saw it I was disappointed because it looked nothing like the websites also even have pictures which I can also send to you, but yes overall not happy, however delivery and courier was perfect and cannot fault them.

Ordered the dozen roses with a card and free chocolates package for Valentine's day for my other half. Paid £1.99 for the card which my nearly three year old son could have made a better card. The quality was substandard and I've seen thicker a4 paper. The card itself was tiny and the message inside was printed with possibly a typewriter from world war 2. As mentiond I paid extra for the card, they put the flower care instructions on the back if the card. Are they kidding me! The free chocolates were disappointing also which are about the size of a pack of milky buttons you give a child but with less in. On to the main part, the flowers! They were a dozen I will give them that but I've seen better quality for less elsewhere. Hugely dissapointing experience at an increadible expense. My advise would be to get your card, chocolates and flowers somewhere else otherwise I can see you being let down as well.

1, Delivery Tracking and altering system did not work. 2, Flowers were left by the gate without contacting me in advance. 3, Flowers were in small size and low quality with a rediculously high price.

You delivered very poor quality flowers, half were dead within 24 hours. . I ordered 24, you sent 22. The card which I paid extra for was of very poor quality. I purchased as part as an offer via the FTSE100 I work for (it was still £50.00) thank you for ruining Valentine's Day and I will be sure to share with my 80.000 colleagues to ensure they don't have similar experiences in future.

Very very disappointed I could have bought them rubbish flowers down the shop for £2 they were all dead and a tiny bunch I paid for extra large and the bloon was tiny total waste of money will never use again.

I can't express my disappointment enough on the shameful excuse of the red roses i ordered my wife for valentines day. I could have picked a better bunch of flowers from the local petrol station. £36 for some shocking flimsy small flowers is an absolute joke and the company should be ashamed of themselves. I will give praise to the ordering and delivery of the flowers which was very professional but you really need to back it up with a product of better quality.

Flowers (24 Roses) were delivered Sunday 14th Feb: There weren't budded - by Monday 15th they were wilting and looking poorly. Just looked now, all but dead with the exception of 6. A waste of £60 - Will go to garage next time as better value! Gary

I ordered a dozen of roses for valentines day, but it only came with 11. Also the quality of the roses was really bad (dark edges, not fully opened) and looked really small.

I was totally and honestly shocked with the quality of the flowers. This was my mums birthday and I was travelling down to give her them at a family dinner. She opened them and the card was bent and creased. The cake was pathetically small. The flower was small. My sisters made a joke and said what did they cost 5 in tesco's. I paid 27 pounds and would have been better paying less in tesco's and buying a cake and a card. It would have been less money and better quality. I'm discussed with ur quality

Sadly I'm very disappointed with the flowers I bought. What I was lead to believe from the photo and description given about my order, was nothing like what was delivered. Actually, when my friend sent a photo of the flowers she received, I was totally embarrassed, and also angry at the price I paid for such a sad looking bunch of flowers!

Ordered flowers on the 9th February to be delivered to a workplace on the 12th for Valentine's day. Currently 9.45pm on the 15th of February and no flowers have been delivered. I have effectively gave away money, It's a fantastic business model, take money

Paid extra for a delivery on Wednesday morning but didn't arrive until thursday. They HAD to arrive on Wednesday as my girlfriend was going away as of the afternoon therefore she didn't receive them. Very unhappy and want a refund
