“Having written a negative review about flowers delivered to my mother, you asked me to contact you. Then my daughter sent me some flowers for mothers day, first time she had used you and guess what same problem, dead heads and very sparse, so not a one off on the original order! When I contacted you as requested I sent photographs. Waste of time you didn't reply! We shall not be using you again”

“Flowers looked pathetic compared to picture. Arrived a day late and the coupon (which is rather wasn't in for the recipient about the free chocolates) was a year out of date. Can definitely say I was not only disappointed but shocked at the service.”

“im a new customer to bunches and all i can say is i was gutted to see my mother day flowers it cost me £29 and it is terrible she got about 8 or 9 carnations a bit of white and a couple of lillies which were dead and falling off i am so upset with what arrived for my mum i nearly cried never again will i use bunches”

“My mum received her plant and it was of poor quality. Lifeless and hardly any buds. So disappointed as usually receive lovely flowers and plants.”

“Its Mother"s day at 6:15pm and i am still waiting for my flowers card balloon & chocolates to arrived ?? My daughter is so upset i have had nothing for Mothers Day. She has contacted you twice and nothing!! This is terrible service I will never use you again.”

“Im ashamed to have bought these flowers for my mum on mothers day. I could have bought these from a supermarket for a fiver. 18.99!!!!!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Came flat in a bashed box, so dissapointed. I will be claiming my money back for these. And no wonder it was free chocolates, they might as well have been asda price. Will use interflora next time, at least they deliver nicely wrapped.”

“Ordred mother's day flowers, got a email to say that I would get a number to track them, never got an email and contacted the company by email which took 4 hours for them to reply to and email stated the flowers would be delivered between 17.15 and 18.15 in the evening, very disappointed that they are being delivered so late in the day mother's day is virtually over, will not use this company again.”

“This is the first time I have used this website and it will definitely be the last, bought flowers for my mum for Mothers Day and I when I saw them they looked absolutely pitiful, talk about scarce! in fact if I hadn't arranged for them to be delivered directly to her I would have been too embarrassed to give them to her myself. I am very, very disappointed, I wish now that I had just gone to my local supermarket, I would have got a lovely full bunch for a fraction of the price that I paid for on here, you certainly do not get what you think you're paying for and to be perfectly honest I feel very ripped off!”

“My three daughters put their pocket money together to buy what they thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet for me for Mother's Day. Instead we got the most pathetic cheap looking bunch of flowers that look like they've come from a petrol station. They are all upset because they feel they have let me down and have spent what is a lot of money for them. I feel so sorry for them Took the shine off Mother's Day for us all”

“Am soooooo disappointed the flowers did not turn up like it's picture whatsoever, considering I spent £26 I might of well got £5 from asda would of looked better, they were for mothers as well I feel so upset”

“Arrived on time - but what a disappoinment. I was ashamed to leave the flowers at my brother's funeral. If I had had time after the flowers arrived I would have got better quality at a supermarket - or even a petrol station forecourt. I would rather pay extra and will use inteflora in future. Not worht the money I spent with you.”

“I'am fuming, they have just delivered to my mum, I saw them and they look nothing like what I ordered, I could of easily gone to tesco/adsa and got better ones for a cheaper price aswell. really really disappointed would not recommend this website to anyone.”

“I ordered two £20 bouquets to give out on mothers day. I'm extremely disappointed. The bouquets were small and I felt I could of got more from a £5 bunch from asda. I'm embarrassed to give them out and feel it was a complete waste of money. Definitely won't t be using bunches.co.uk again!”

“I've always been pleased with the flowers I've ordered from Bunches, which are mainly for my mum. However, on this occasion the 'bouquet' of spring flowers looked like they'd been hastily assembled in the delivery van 10 minutes earlier. I'd have been better off (in every sense) picking some daffs in the park. My mum is bed bound in a nursing home, so having some pretty flowers is the closest she gets to being outside - and obviously brightens up the place. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from Bunches again - unless I want to make a point to someone I've fallen out with.”
