Absolutely disgusted in the flowers I ordered for my mum for mothers day I could have bought some beautiful flowers for her half the price but I wanted them delivering to make her feel special. They were delivered half dead and squashed and hardly any flowers looked like a £4 bunch of flowers from asda, I will not be buying from them again total rip off.

First time I've used this site, will be the last. Very disappointed ordered flowers almost two weeks in advance to arrive at my mums work yesturday (Friday 4th March). Flowers never arrived and all I could be offered was for them to be deliver Wednesday!!!! What good are Mother's Day flowers three days late??? So instead I've had to go to a florist and be out of pocket whilst i wait for a refund which will take up to 5 days.

I know its Mothers Day, and flowers are more expensive than usual. However to pay £20 for the pitiful bunch that arrived here this morning is nothing short of robbery! I could have got much better at the petrol station for a fraction of the price!

Purchased present for my mum for mothers day. Bouquet arrived and upon looking at them I have highly disqusted with the value and quality. 20 stems looks nothing especially for 20.99. I could have got a bouquet from my local flourist for the same price but much more compact . Would not buy the freesia set again.

Used this company for the very first time- their stuff looked extremely good, and good value, however, i ordered 2 seperate bunches- one for my mum, one for the mother in law.... both arrived 2 days early- which kind of doesnt make it that special, also, both bouquets i ordered were bad- 1 wilted and bone dry, 1 with all broken stems and extremely small. I ordered replacements from Debenhams flowers- which i can highly recommend, i ordered them at 8pm last night and they arrived at 9.20 this morning. I emailed bunches customer services, whom got back in touch at 9am this morning (the day before mothers day) and told me they can send replacements- bit pointless now as they wouldnt have got there in time now anyway, which is what i have told them, I shall wait and see what happens next, but at the moment, its looking like i definitely will not be buying from here again- not very good considering its my first order from them!

Really disappointed with the flowers - so small for the price and most them were half dying and dry where they had been left at the post office with no water!!

Absolutely rubbish. Bouquet nothing like what ordered. I could have picked up something better from petrol station. When I complained they said what they have sent was what was ordered. Clearly misleading customers. If you need to keep happy occasion happy, please buy your flowers elsewhere. I will not be going on this site ever again and neither will friends or family. Turned a 18th birthday celebration into a unforgettable terrible memory.

Hi I just want to say I ordered flowers for Mother's Day I was very disappointed to find out that the flowers my mum received were nothing like they picture you have up also half of the flowers were dead I paid over £20 pounds for what flowers that look like £3 from superstores appalling very upset I would advise everyone to to use this service

Just received flowers, chocs for mothers day from my sons, I couldn't hide the disappointment from my face when I when I opened the box, the meagre bouquet was nothing like what was advertised on your page, for the price they paid I would have got a huge bouquet from any supermarket and a bigger box of chocs, delivery was good but that's all.

What disappointment with the flowers that mother has received today from your company. What absolutely shocking value for money and misleading photos on your website. I will be emailing you this information with an attached photo, comparing it to the photo that you have displayed. I honestly cannot believe how terrible the flowers are for the price that they cost.

The flowers I ordered were sent to our daughter for her birthday. They arrived the day before which was ok as I hadn't paid extra for delivery on the day. However the birthday message from us hadn't been included although it was quite plainly written on the bill. I was contacted by my daughter to ask if we had sent them. Also the little cake which was included in the package hadn't been secured and this had damaged several of the flowers and also some of the icing on the cake. Of the flowers themselves, the carnations were alright (apart from those damaged by the cake) but several freesias had obviously not been fresh when dispatched. A very disappointing purchase.

Disgusted, looked nothing like advertisement. Emailed a complaint only to be told I received what I ordered....... sent photo also. No response. Emailed and told them I would tell all my friends about the disrespectful customer service. NEVER USING AGAIN.

The flowers were sent to my sone and daughter in law and two grand children as they were moving house and I requested a delivery date of 27th as that was the day after they moved in. They were delivered on the 26th and obviously no body was there so they were taken back to the depot. I spoke to my son this eveing and they have still been able to collect them from the depot. By the time they receive the flowers they will be dead and wilted. What a waste of money. I e mailed them and told of this problem and they were not at all concerned. I will never use them again and go to a proper florist.

Absolutely fuming at the state of these flowers Paid £30 for what i thought would be a decent size bunch of flowers as a treat for my MUM, and would of been a lovely surprise, there is about ten flowers in the bunch, and looked almost dead, very unhappy to say the least. will never buy flowers online again.

I sent flowers to my sister in law for the birth of her baby last week - this weekend I went to visit and was embarrassed by the flowers I saw I paid nearly £30 And frankly a £10 bunch from tesco would have been better - disappointed from. Sawbridgeworth

I paid extra for my flowers to be delivered on my mothers 80th birthday and they were delivered 2 days late. I have since spoken to your company and they have promised recompence but still waiting for that too! Nia

I was disappointed that the flowers arrived the day before they were requested, which caused a problem as the recipient was not at home to receive them.

Ordered flowers for my Mums birthday. Very, very disappointed with this offering. The flowers were nothing like the ones on the website. One spring of gypsophila, some of the flower heads were broken and hanging down, not nearly as full as promised in the picture. Have used Bunches in the past and been pleased, but will not be using again. My cousin gave her a beautiful bunch of flowers from Asda at half the price I paid. Jan
