“Ordered flowers from New Zealand to my mum in uk. Never used bunches before and on website flowers looked beautiful. And I must say they were perfect. Absolutely fresh, and stunning. “I'm not sure about the condition of the flowers when they arrived but I had notification of TWO failed deliveries... At what point would a fresh bouquet have been constructed or would the original continue to have been sent out for countless "delivery attempts"?”
