“I have used Bunches many times and have been delighted with the service. This time - I know it not a fault with Bunches - I paid for tracked delivery for 1st November. On the 31st October the tracking showed the flowers were at the local Royal Mail depot but they were not delivered to my daughter until the following Monday - 2 days after her birthday. I live on an island and I rely greatly on prompt delveries for goods I order on line. She loved the flowers but the delivery sucks!!”
