“Flowers were absolutely beautiful and they were delivered on exactly the right date. The recipient was delighted with them and said they will use Bunches in the future without hesitation. (Only downside was I got complementary sunflower seeds with mine and they didn't ☹️) Will definitely order again.”

“I specifically chose the seasonal bouquet/ florist choice as I wanted to make sure I wasn’t choosing a bouquet with out of season flowers. My mother says all were fresh but it was the oddest collection of colours she has ever received.”

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and for letting us know how your mother's bouquet arrived. We're glad to hear the flowers were lovely and fresh, but we're sorry the colour combination wasn't what you'd hoped for. Our Florist's Choice bouquets are put together by our florists using the best seasonal stems available on the day, and while we aim for every arrangement to look balanced and beautiful, it sounds like this one missed the mark. We've passed your feedback on to our florist team so they can take a look at how this bouquet was put together. If you or your mother are able to send us a photo, that would be really helpful for them. Thank you again for choosing Bunches, and for taking the time to share this with us. Kind Regards Bunches
