Was not happy with bunch it was much smaller then what it looked in the picture - first time and last time

The bouquet was really less is did not look full at all. It came in a box which damaged the flower a little

I went to visit my neighbour across the road to see the bouquet I sent to her from you. it was one of three I sent to various friends. To be truthful, I was disappointed as it did not look anything like the bouquet on your website where it looks a wow factor bouquet. It looked like a bunch that could have been easily bought in Tesco for £3-£5's. Sorry to be so negative but these were my genuine thoughts. Valerie Williams

They delivered deferent flowers from the ones I chose 2, the delivery service was poor. I asked them to put the parcel in a safe place specifically in the garage and the garage was left unlocked for them but they put the parcel in a brown bin for the neighbour. What a thing to do for someone's mother 's day present!

Not worth the money . Looked nothing like the picture I could of got a better bunch from the shop . Waste of money and arrived in a card board box!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday 16th May for my daughter's birthday and her boyfriend arranged for her to have the day off so she would be at home to receive them. I was horrified to receive an email on the morning of Sunday 15th May to say they had been delivered. My daughter was away for the weekend so she was not there to pick them up from the lobby of her flat. So she has unnecessarily lost a day's pay which she could least afford to do. I emailed you straight away and you have not even had the courtesy to reply to my email. I will not be using your company again. Ros Saunders

The flowers delivered were nothing like the web site picture, I contacted bunches who sent a replacement bouquet which was an improvement but still did not resemble the web page picture. Would I use Bunches again .... doubtful.

Having ordered from here before, and been very pleased with the order, I ordered again for my Mums birthday. Flowers arrived a day early, not really a big deal, but they bore absolutely no resemblance to the photo on the website. My Mum was too embarrassed to say anything, but I was shocked when I saw them. Was even more mortified when they were sat next to a beautiful vase of cheaper supermarket flowers my brother bought.....think they wilted in shame! To be fair, customer service replied promptly and have offered to send another bouquet so I'll reserve judgement

Disappointed with the flowers I ordered this time. Flowers were wilted and did not look as good as they normally.

Purchased on the 3rd May. Requested the delivery date to be the 13th May. 10 days to work with or so I thought. They arrived on the 14th when the person I brought it for would not be working as it is the weekend. She received them when she came to work on the 16th May. She received the present but due to the day it had been delivered, the moment had been lost. Not happy but it is what it is. This is my 1st experience with this company. I'll try another company when I send flowers next.

Flowers looked beautiful . They were good value all the money seems to go into the quality and volume of the flowers instead of the postage and packing.

Still don't even know whether my flowers have been delivered as I wasn't prepared to chase the recipient to see whether a calling card had been put through the door due to it being innappropriate and bunches have advised me they can't help.

Ordered online May 6th with free delivery and free chocolates. Flowers delivered pm Tuesday, May 10th but no chocolates with them. Didn't see the flowers but friend said they were beautiful and she was delighted with them.

I have ordered from you on a number occasion, s and been very happy but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed , they were for my daughter in law's. Birthday and looked very sparse in the vase. there were only 8 carnations . it has put me off ordering again .
