“Really happy with the website and ordering process . The contact on delivery was fab but when my friend sent me a photo of the flowers I was quite disappointed for the price I’d paid . Having said that I don’t think they were any worse than other internet florists .”

“Unfortunately the flowers were not up to the usual standard. The irises drooped almost immediately and they were delivered a day too early. For the money I'm afraid they were not worth ordering.”

“I have ordered flowers on several occasions and have always been happy with them. However, on this instance the flowers were very poor and not at all like the very full bouquet depicted on the website.”

“Sadly can’t access my account, discount not applied even when code entered and no calendar this year which I found useful as it’s the right size for my iPad case. Flowers in my order ok but feel standards are slipping.”

“Easy to use website - however - flowers were delivered 1 day early (they were a diamond wedding anniversary present) & I was disappointed with the quantity of freesias (ordered a freesia bouquet & only 2 freesias ). On a positive note, my parents were happy with the flowers & they were very pretty”

“I often use bunches and have recommended to family and friends, the bunch of Iris and Freesia I recently ordered did not last so well unfortunately and we had to get rid of them after 5 days. They started to look a bit sorry for themselves quicker than usual. I have not had this problem with Bunches flowers before however and am generally impressed with the service, company values and packaging etc.”

“Ordered on Thursday for Friday/Saturday delivery but they didn’t arrive until Monday so a bit disappointed. However still a good company to use and their pricing is good.”
