Dozen roses looked great when first delivered but quickly faded, head fell off one with in days... in the bin in under a week

I thought the bouquet was rather small for £30 but otherwise the service etc was good.

Flowers lovely but left outside front door in the rain. Box collapsed, card unreadable. Message I put when ordering about if no answer try No2, when printed said "If no answer..." That was no use then.

I ordered a dozen red roses. We got a dozen stems but only 11 rose blooms!

Did not contact the receiver over the telephone and just left the pick up note at the door. My valentine gift was then picked up the next day :-(

I was happy with what I received but not how it was delivered or the presentation of how it was delivered.. maybe chose a different delivery company, the box was damanged, the card was bent, it was to surprise my girlfriend at work but unfortunately delivery arrived after me and her left, After being told it would be delivered between 11 and 12 so maybe go one step further and deliver it yourselves, I think going forward I will use a florist and pick it myself.. many thanks Matthew

Unfortunately the box was to big to fit through the letterbox so they ended up in the delivery depo for two days. They still looked ok though, but not the nice surprise through the post I had wished for. Also wished I had got a few more stems as they did look a bit thin on the ground.

Flowers delivered on time and recipient was very pleased with them. In fact she received two deliveries, each with identical personal notes from myself. I had only ordered one lot of flowers and had only been charged for one!

Flowers were lovely although different from what was shown on photo. Delivery was on time. Downside to it was that it started rotting 2-3 days after receiving. Was hoping that the flowers would last longer as the ones I've gotten from Tesco/Aldi lasted 2x longer than bunches.

I have ordered from Bunches on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the quality of the bouquet delivered. However, a recent order was delivered without water, making the flowers dry and brittle. This was a birthday gift, so I e-mailed the company but received no response.

Earlier this month I ordered Spring Garden from your Birthday Collection for a friend. These arrived before the birthday, which was on a Sunday, which was fine. By the following Thursday, most of the flowers had died, which was not expected. Hence the Acceptable rating given above.

Ordered two bunches of flowers (Lillies and mixed bunch) from myself and kids for Wife's birthday. Ordering more than one bunch on website wasn't easy. Arrived on time. Open opening, both bunches were smaller than expected. Mixed flower bunch lasted 3 days, lillies 5 days. Will go back to using my local florist I think...

The service was good and I liked the choice of flowers. But the bunch I chose, although it looked nice and will last a long time (flowers needing to bloom), I was disappointed that there were only 10 flowers and more than half greenery/tiny white 'filler' flowers. I expected more. So I would use the service again but I'd choose cheaper, more basic bunches.
