“Order process easy and good choice of flowers, however they arrived a day earlier than anticipated so the recipient wasn't home till the next day, fortunately another family member was home to accept delivery. After 3 days the flowers looked less than fresh and had begun to wilt (despite being in water), the bouquet was also smaller than I expected (as I have ordered from these from Bunches before). The recipient was satisfied with the flowers however, but I was rather disappointed as the purchaser.”

“Beautiful flowers for 4 days then started to droop and turn brown. Disappointed that they haven't lasted a week.”

“Delivery could’ve been better and it would’ve been nice if the recipient didn’t also receive the special instructions that was meant for the driver.”

“Flowers (for my elderly and immobile mother ) were great. However, I had stated on the order that the flowers should be left with a neighbour if not possible to get my mother to the door in time. Instead they were taken to the post office and a card left with my mother saying the package was too big for the letter box. She had to get a taxi to the post office to pick up the flowers!”

“The flowers were beautiful but I ordered them from Bunches instead of others as it said FRAGRANT Freeshias but they had no scent at all.”

“The flowers looked lovely but I expected a bigger bunch for the price. I also found that the flowers didn't last all that long whereas bunches that I have got from the likes of Tesco's have lasted far longer and costing less than half the price of the flowers I purchased on this site”

“My Mum loved her parcels (flowers, wine and chocolates) ordered last year, but she didn't get them on time. It was a big disappointment because they were for a birthday. This hear I'm trying again with Bunches....let's home that my Mum will receives her parcel on time!”

“Actually not as happy as I could have been! They took longer to deliver than I expected and apparently they were in definite need of some water. The person who received them said they were okay,but I don't think she wanted to make a fuss. I asked her to send me a Photo and I felt that they did look droopy. I didn't want to put poor so clarifying that here.”

“The staff on the telephone were very helpful. The flowers were lovely, but the carnations were already in full bloom on arrival, so did not last very long.”
