“Although it did say on the website that flowers could be delivered at different times to what was specified, but in the requests I did explain that they were for a birthday on the 10th, & therefore could they be delivered then, or else it would spoil the surprise, all to no avail as they were delivered on the 9th Apparently they were nice, but in future will order from a firm that delivers when requested.”

“The ordering process was very easy and the flowers arrived quickly and were packaged fairly well to avoid any damage. I was a bit disappointed with the quantity and quality for what I payed. The flowers looked ok when they arrived but that didn't last very long and they soon started to wilt. Maybe other types of flowers would last longer? Overall I'm a bit disappointed particularly a this was the first time I had bought flowers online. I'll probably just buy from my local florist next time.”

“Ordering was relatively simple although I missed the part where I could add a message and the order went through without me being able to amend it. I emailed the message separately and had a reply saying the order was amended but the recipient still got the flowers without the message so didn't know who'd sent them. Fortunately the recipient rang bunches to find out who to thank and they contacted me, but why say they'd sorted it when they hadn't?”

“It was good to be able to order and the flowers arrived on schedule but I found it very difficult to see where to click for sending a message. I didn't achieve this and assumed the address would be showing, at least. My daughter had to guess who it was from and rang to check !”

“The flowers and cake I ordered for my friend were lovely. I also paid £5.99 extra for a next day timed courier delivery. I was emailed a couriers name and the time he would be delivering so I let my friend know to make sure she would be at home to receive the delivery. Later on I was given another courier's name and a later delivery slot.On tracking the delivery yet again,both slots seemed to be active!!! Very confusing and I wouldn't pay for courier delivery again.”

“Flowers sent to a friend but the friend had no idea as to where they had come from as the card was not printed on (very unusual may I hasten to add as have sent bunches several times ) but if it wasnt for friend saying shed recieved some beautiful flower and not know whom sent them as card was blank she would have not know they were from myself so I was there fore very dissapointed on this occasion”

“Usually good service, the last order had notes to say leave in doorstep if not home for a friend of mine who works away, it was her Christmas gift and due to instructions being missed the flowers were sat in the post office until the 27th! Am a little.dissapointed in this easily avoidable misfortune.”
