“Excellent product, although let down by delivery service (Royal Mail) who, despite having promised delivery (for my wife's birthday) at around 12:00 on the day, did not actually deliver until 19:15 ! The package was split, and some of the flowers flattened, causing them not to last as long as others.”

“The flowers were a gift for my daughter. They were beautiful and arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately, she was out when they arrived and they were delivered to the salon below her flat, who kept them for her. She didn't receive a notification card and only became aware they were there when I messaged her to ask if they'd arrived - slightly spoilt the surprise!”

“It is a pleasure to right a review about Bunches. Simply put.....I wouldn't dream of ordering from any other company. The flowers are all of excellent quality. There are so many to choose from online. They arrive securely and safely packaged. I cannot rate them highly enough. I know FOR SURE that when my recipient receives what I have ordered.....they will be delighted. In all the years I have been ordering from Bunches, I cannot recall ever having a problem.”

“Unfortunately didn’t arrive on the date specified and I’d gone with this company specifically for the delivery date offered. I raised the issue but I was directed to the small print saying it may be next day without any apology or acknowledge of the issue. The flowers were lovely it’s just a shame they didn’t arrive when intended. The delivery was supposed to be RM but then I got an elusive email from DPD but without tracking info or predicted delivery date.”
