“This was to be delivered on the Monday but wasn'tdelivered until the Tuesday. The PO said they had tried to deliver on the Monday and there was no ,one in , not true. The person had to go to the depot herself as she was away later on the Tuesday. So much for a nice surprise!”

“I had a bunch of mixed tulips sent to a Dear Friend to cheer her. I received a beautiful message from her, thanking me for such beautiful flowers, mixed colours good strong stems, and excellent packaging. I only have one pitfall, and that is when ordering, so often on site, the address I want to send to comes up, 'not known', then after a lot of trying this and that, eventually it accepts. I would like this part of ordering to be sorted out please, other than this, well pleased.”

“It might be helpful to remind customers to sign their cards, as I’ve personally forgotten to do so twice. On both occasions, I wrote my message but missed adding my name, which meant I had to reach out to the recipient to let them know I was the one who sent the card and flowers.”

“I live in Perth Western Australia, and have ordered from Bunches a number of times. Each time the recipient has been surprised and happy with their flowers saying they look and smell great and last a couple of weeks sometimes more. Delivery was on time, I've used both express and post. I was a little disappointed with the last order, they had missed putting the card in with the flowers, but it isn't something that would stop me ordering from them again. Living in Australia it gives me peace of mind knowing that my order will be there on time to put a smile face of the recipient.”

We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the size of your bouquet. Customer satisfaction is really important to us, and we understand it's frustrating when expectations aren't met. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life, which means they might look smaller initially but will open up beautifully over a few days.
