The flowers were beautifully arranged, fresh, and exceeded expectations. Most importantly, the recipient was absolutely delighted with them and commented on how stunning they looked. I also purchased a card to accompany the flowers, which was a lovely touch. When sending a gift by post, having the option to include a thoughtful message makes it feel much more personal and meaningful. The card was beautifully presented and added to the overall experience. The delivery was smooth, and the flowers arrived in excellent condition. Knowing how pleased the recipient was made this purchase even more worthwhile. “Flowers were good qualityh and arrive don time but unfortunately the wrong message was attached. Not a problem for us but someone who wrote a very touching and long tribute to his wife of 33 years has had a set of flowers delivered saying happy birthday grandma!”

“The flowers and chocolates were well received by the recipient, unfortunately they were out celebrating her birthday when they arrived. The delivery driver said they were left in a safe place which was not true they were left propped up against her front door when they could have been left around the back door or with her neighbour out of sight”
