“I have used the website on various occasions and most recently sent a bunch to myself in order for it to be given to someone as a surprise the following day. The packaging was excellent and swift service but I was a little disappointed that the bunch was not a bit fuller. I had to visit a supermarket to purchase a few extra flowers to fill out the bunch before the surprise event.”

“I just love this company! They have a great range of products, I can collect points with discount against a future purchase and there is a great range of prices. Overall, the quality of their flowers is outstanding, they always last and everyone who has received a gift or flowers from them has been delighted with their product. Good delivery options and timings and if you need customer services they are really helpful and efficient. Can't fault Bunches!”

“Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived, they were nothing like the photos of the ones I chose. They were more like a £3 bunch from a supermarket. I wouldn’t buy again.”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your flowers. Many of our blooms are sent in bud to protect them during transit and maximise their vase life, which means they may look quite different from our website photos initially. The flowers are photographed in full bloom to show how lovely they'll look once they open.
