Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Had an extra large bouquet delivered for a colleague going through a tough time they arrived on time and safely she was delighted with the gift. This is the third time I’ve had experience with bunches . Twice ordered myself and once on the receiving end .”

“Flowers within two separate orders arrived as expected and on time via royal mail delivery. Slightly disappointed that an offer was sent immediately after my double order was placed, which wasn't able to be used, however the timing of this may have been coincidence.”
