Many of our flowers arrive in bud to ensure maximum vase life, which means they might look different from the website images at first. After being trimmed and placed in water with the flower food provided, they should open up over the next few days. “The flowers were delivered but left on a desk and not delivered to the person. As I did not receive any confirmation from the lady who they were delivered too, I made contact the following day only to be told that she had not received. She then had to go around the building looking for the flowers which were located, however 24 hours after delivery. Not very happy with the service and wouldn't use again”

When sending blooms to businesses, hospitals or schools, our courier delivers to the main reception or mail room, where they're then distributed internally. While we provide tracking information for you to follow your gift's journey, we unfortunately don't have control over the internal distribution once it reaches the building. “Very easy to order and pay from a extensive catologue of flowers, cards and other additional gifts ie wine and chocolate. The delivery was, as requested on the day and everything ordered, especially the flowers were perfect. Without a doubt money well spent.”
