“Bunches, literally, always delivers. I decided last minute to order flowers for my niece's birthday. I don't live in the UK currently, where it was already evening. I ordered the arrangement for next day delivery, and used a discount code that had been emailed to me, along with posy points. The flowers arrived the next day, and my niece loved them. The quality is very good, service is outstanding, and the prices very reasonable. I've been ordering from Bunches for some time and have no reason to shop elsewhere for flowers and plants. I highly recommend this company!”

“Accidently put the wrong address on the order, the delivery driver tried to deliver then took the flowers back to the warehouse. The first i heard was when i received an email 2 days later that they had been discarded. No attempt made to try to contact either myself or the recipient to arrange redelivery (which i would have gladly repaid for). Not what would expect from a company who are "committed to making sure your experience is perfect every time" and are "planet friendly and proud". I was offered a £8.20 refund on a £46.89 order.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry an incorrect address was provided when the order was placed that led to a failed delivery. As our gifts are delivered via Royal Mail we are unaware of any failed deliveries until they are returned to us. Due to the items ordered being perishable, we were unable to offer a refund as the information provided at the point of sale was incorrect. The refund that was offered was for the additional items sent with the flowers that were not of a perishable nature. We do understand it is disappointment when this happens and we do offer a discount should you wish to place the order again to help our with the cost.
