Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I have used Bunches for over 30 years without a problem. But last week my flowers (by Royal Mail) were not delivered to the correct address. Neither Bunches nor RM could say which address they’d been delivered to, and there was no info on the RM tracker. Perhaps investigate Royal Mail, as you had to provide and send out a replacement? Even though the erroneous recipient called you, she refused to give her address or deliver the flowers to my friend. Not good enough, but the replacement was appreciated.”

“I have found that most people who receive the gifts I send from Bunches are always pleased with the flowers and the plants are good too. I had one problem with delivery the Christmas before last when Royal Mail sent something that had to go to Leeds went to Bridlington first. I complained to Bunches as Royal Mail left the plant without water for 4 days before they delivered by which time it was battered. I had complained 2 days after I realised the plant had been sent to the wrong depot and Bunches replaced the plant and sent it by courier service. They cannot be faulted on customer service and also gave me a discount voucher for the inconvenience. I thought Royal Mail should be made to pay for their service but a Bunches were the customer I don't know if this happened.”

“Any flowers I have ordered have been well received by the recipients. My feedback has always been that they are gorgeous. I have found the ordering very easy, with an excellent range of arrangements. They are very good value for money and I will be using Bunches again!”

“Very disappointed .....the flowers did not look a bit like the web photo. Very sparse and spindly. I waited a couple of days and asked the recipient how they were and to send me a second photo. I was quite disappointed and concerned as they were a birthday gift. My friend said she folllowed all the instructions and they had indeed filled out and looked better after a couple of days. They still did not however look as bountiful as the web photo. I won't order again.”
