We're sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your bouquet. We completely understand how frustrating it must be when your flowers don't meet your expectations. All of our bouquets are photographed in full bloom to show how lovely they'll look once they've opened. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise their vase life and protect them during transit, which can sometimes make them appear smaller initially. Once they've been trimmed and placed in fresh water with the flower food provided, they should start to open and look more like our online image. “It's my first time using Bunches, and, I'll definately use them again. The variety is amazing, the prices are brilliant, and the extra little bits that you can add to the flowers, is great. The ordering is easy, and for me personally, that is important. The delivery was as promised, and the recipient was blown away by the quality of the bouquet. I was sent a picture of the flowers, and they are beautiful. Highly recommended. I was also kept informed of the progress of the order.”
