“Excellent quality of flowers and delivered as promised. However, it was quite difficult to satisfy the various boxes giving delivery details: The flowers were intended for a Chinese lady called Mrs Tina Li but the system repeatedly refused to accept this as a valid name and constantly insisted that I enter a name that was acceptable to the system...!”
