“Ordered for a friend’s birthday and arrived late as they went to a different sorting office, I have ordered before and been very happy but not this time several stems broken and some didn’t revive in water.”

“The ordering process was easy. The flowers were delivered on time, even though I ordered them later than I'd intended. They were for my daughter's birthday and she was thrilled with them. I visited a week later and they were still fresh.”

“Quick and easy to order. Flowers arrived on the day requested and initially looked good. However within 24 to 48 hours some of the blooms had died, whilst others lasted another 5 days. Not sure I would use them again.”

“It is understandable that it is impossible to guarantee a delivery date when working with Royal Mail, but you could at least take this into account and make sure the flowers are prepared for possible postal delays. Unfortunately, the flowers that were delivered to my mum were not wrapped in anything moist and were very dry by the time they arrived (a day late). I’m not very happy with this.”
