“Living in France I use bunches to send flowers to family in the UK, great choices of bouquets on the website, easy ordering process, good value for money. Delivery dates are always respected, the flowers that arrive are long-lasting which is always apprecited.”

“Bought flowers on the website paid around £27 When the flowers came, they were very very small. On the website it showed a picture of a big brunch of flowers. It’s a scam. I Could have got the flowers from the supermarket and it would have been a bigger bunch and a lot cheaper.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Only problem was that Royal Mail left the package with a neighbour which deafeted the whole reason of letterbox flowers therefore my daughter didn't receive the flowers till the next day. Not Bunches fault and flowers were lovely”

“Arrived in bud form which is understandable for freshness, but it also ruins the surprise of receiving beautiful flowers. They were put in the bin within 10 days as they died and bunches only guarantee "freshness" for 7 days. Very disappointed and will not be using bunches ever agian.”

We do advise on our website that the flowers are sent in bud, this is to maximise vase life and limit any damage during their journey as they travel through the postal system. We do also advise that our flowers are guaranteed for 7 days, so we are pleased to hear they lasted 10 days. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment caused.
