I sent these to very dear friends for their golden wedding anniversary. After I had paid a notice came up to say you could not guarantee delivery on the correct day because of covid. Had I known this before that point I could have made the decision whether to continue, which I would have done. My friends already had their plans cancelled which was completed with the late delivery of my flowers. You should have been honest, I could have ordered them earlier to counteract the unavoidable delay

Late delivery. The flowers were not as pretty as The picture and quality not as good as other competitors.

I ordered flowers for fathers day to arrive on the Saturday, however they did not arrive until the Tuesday night. There was not much on their website to advise ordering days in advance and I didn't get any sort of notification about delivery, it would have nice to have a message to let me know they would be arriving 3 days late!

Ordered for my wedding anniversary delivery came on the day just over 7 days. The foliage looked like it had been eaten by snails and some of the flowers were half dead. Real letdown as used before and been good. Not good for my wife having to throw most of it away

Ordered flowers to be delivered with ten days notice. Flowers arrived two days late. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Flowers arrived two days late (flowers were turning brown) and you don't get confirmation of when they have even got to the recipient. Wouldn't use again

Flowers didn’t arrive on requested day and were wilted when they arrived 2 days later. The recipient commented that the bunch was smaller and inferior to those he usually received from me (from a different company). I wouldn’t use again.

Flowers arrived 1 day late, on unpacking the flowers some of them were already turning brown. By the morning of day 3 espite there being plenty of water in the vase thee petals had started to drop & by the morning of 5th day the flowers looked terrible - as if they were well over 1 week old. Overall was extremely disappointed with the flowers.

Arrived a day later than expected. Flowers were crammed in the box, some of the flowers were damaged even though the box was intact ( bad packaging) rather than the fault of the mail person. I did request that they be left with a neighbour if the person was out, but was left on the doorstep in the full hat if the sun. Not much impressed.

Worst flowers I have ever had, died within a week despite following the instructions. Very disappointed.

Ordered 5 days prior to Delivery and still didn't arrive on time..... On Arrival very poor amount of Flowers in bouquet that was ordered and certainly wasn't value for money. Have used Bunches several times in the past and always have been pleased with Delivery and contents. Do truly disappointed as this was for my Sister's birthday.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. My rating of poor is only relevant to my recent order, not the company in general. Until last week I had used the company a couple of times a year for about ten years and had been very happy with the service. However this time was different. I (John Francis) ordered flowers for my wife Denise for our anniversary. In summary, I ordered the flowers on June 17th for delivery on the 19th. They did not arrive until the 20th and were beginning to wilt. By the 24th they were effectively dead and not fit for display. With regards, John francis

Despite paying extra for 'courier' service, my surprise anniversary gift turned up at 2.30 pm, the card was the size of a postcard, very few chocs, and very small gin, not worth the money.

Beautiful flowers but dreadful delivery service. Flowers ordered 1st class on 14th June for a friends birthday on 18th. flowers not delivered until 20th. Very disappointing.

The flowers although ordered I’ve a week before the chosen delivery date arrived 2 Days late. Given that I expect that they were posted 2 Days in advance of due date they were not as fresh as they might have been. Dissapointing

I was pleased with the bouquet that arrived, however it did arrive the day after I asked for it to be delivered. Also, the flowers did not last very long... we followed all of the guidelines but some of the flowers died after 2 days and the rest followed after about 5 days! Lovely flowers but not happy with how long they lasted!
